Hello, Pola sumanth, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Feedback request

edit

I got your feedback request, and took a look at your sandbox. What article are you planning to expand?

A few issues jump out at me. One that that you don't include inline references. Everything you add to Wikipedia must be clearly connected to a supporting citation. Right now there's no way to connect any of your content with sources. From a formatting perspective, only proper nouns should be capitalized - and this includes in section headers. And you need to copyedit your work - for example, in quite a few cases there's no space before the first word of a sentence. These are all important changes you need to make. Beyond that, I can't say more without knowing where your content is supposed to be added.

Article problems

edit

Your additions to the home automation article include passages copied verbatim or nearly verbatim from a non-free source. This was detected by automatic plagiarism detection software. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, your entire contribution - and all subsequent contributions - had to be deleted (although the non-problematic parts have been restored). Please review the Plagiarism and Copyright training module before proceeding further. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:44, 12 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
