In regard to your request on my talk page, you are correct that the article can be deleted in accordance with the proposed deletion. However I am not an administrator and don't have that ability, sorry! Please be aware that there is a bit of a backlog with the proposed deletions and it may take a day or two for the admins who patrol the proposals to get to it. My suggestion would be to give it another couple of days and if it still hasn't been addressed you can bring it up. Hope this was helpful, let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. I have built this page and linked it into the Wolverhampton local elections page. I then realised that I didn't put the comma after the word "elections" and before "2008".
