Fair use disputed for Image:BPMA logo fairuse.gif
editThanks for uploading Image:BPMA logo fairuse.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

editWelcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. However, I noticed that your username (Postalheritage) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because group name is not allowed. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you.` Alexf(talk) 15:34, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
We made this change because it was a link to a PDF resource which is now no longer on our website. The PDF resource has been changed to a webpage. We hope you accept that this was an appropriate change to make. - Postalheritage (talk) 15:50, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
Also, we restructured our website recently and there are lots of links on Wikipedia entries to pages in our old website that are now incorrect. What do we do? Are we going to have this problem every time? Postalheritage (talk) 15:54, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
- The above notice was not related to your edits, which do have a conflict of interest, but to the username which violates WP:GROUPNAME. The account implies multiple users editing on behalf of an organization or company. Policy says there should be one user per account, and passwords/accounts should not be shared. As stated above, you may ask for a change of username if you want to keep the edit history. -- Alexf(talk) 16:56, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the tips. I've changed our account to state who I am and what I'm doing. Postalheritage (talk) 14:46, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
- The account name is still the same and still in violation of rules. You need to request a change of name following the link above, if you want to preserve the edit history, else you can create a new account. Say so and this one will be closed. -- Alexf(talk) 15:24, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
