I noticed you have improved several articles, including Immunohistochemistry. However, you should be aware that external links should not be used within an article (see WP:CITE#Embedded links). All information must be verifiable, and if the website you are linking to is a reliable source, it can be used as a reference. It can be a bit tricky to format references correctly, but it is fine to do it as in the following:

This is some fact.<ref>http://www.example.com/page_supporting_fact</ref> This example shows the correct punctuation and spacing placement.

We almost never put a link or a reference in a section heading (by link, I mean a wikilink to another article such as evolution; we never put a link to an external website in a section heading). Don't worry about this at the moment because someone will clean it up. However, if it's not done in a reasonable time the edits may need to be reverted because we have to avoid encouraging WP:LINKSPAM.
