editI see you have re-uploaded the Oslo Times logo to Wikimedia Commons - where it was previously deleted as a copyright violation, and where it will again be deleted as a copyright violation.
Logos need to be uploaded to the English Wikipedia and used under a claim of "Fair use" - for more information, please see Wikipedia:Logos
Please choose a different name when you upload it to English Wikipedia, or the software will be confused by having the same file name on English Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons

Why are you picking on me now someone else is editing the oslotimes who you just praised a day ago and now you are sending warnings, you know what I quit I am tired of your rudeness and always looking for reasons to pick on me, you might be an editor or whatever here but I am sick and tired of your unhelpful mannerism.

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
