EdithB12's Peer Review
editI agree that the article Moschophoros is to short and does not leave you with reliable references to make sure the information included in the article is correct. I have some suggestions for references that may be useful for you to use such as looking up articles in the website JSTOR where they have other articles that may be useful for your article such as it can give you more information of the art style from which the statue was made which seems to me as the archaic period. If not like you included in the references the school library may have books to help you understand the meaning of the statue more. Some suggestions that I have for which you can include on the article would be the facial expression of the statue and the material used from which the statue was made as well as the geometrics that is used for this statue for example the calf's legs as well as the arms of the calf bearer that are holding the calf's legs is making an x shape. You can make a connection of this statue and how it relates to the religion Christianity. You can also include the location as to where this offering would have taken place such as where exactly in the temple of Athena the sacrifice of the animal would be made. From reading your paragraph on the article you are off to a good start, but a suggestion that I have for you is when you said the name Rhonbos is believe to be the name of the calf bearer you should include the source from where you found that information from. Another suggestion that I have for you that you can include in the article what would the Greek people do before they would enter a temple and the behavior that they would have to have when entering the temple as well as what would be allowed and not allowed when entering a temple.EdithB12 (talk) 03:33, 27 October 2017 (UTC)
