Another copyright problem
editThe image on the page above, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Pandit_Vikash_Maharaj.jpg, appears to have invalid copyright information. The disclaimer there says that it the image is in the public domain within India because 60 years have expired since the creation of the photograph. As the subject of the photograph is said to have been born in 1957, which is less than 60 years ago, it seems unlikely that this adult portrait both predates 1/1/1951 and has a correct license.
Please drop me a note and let me know if you can correct this issue, otherwise I will have to list the image for deletion. Thanks! --joe deckertalk to me 08:17, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Pandit Vikash Maharaj during performance in New Zealand.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Pandit Vikash Maharaj during performance in New Zealand.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Dear Prabhashmaharaj
I am currently writing the wikipedia page for the jazz pianist Patrick Bebelaar. -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Patrick_Bebelaar
Patrick and Vikash Maharaj did the CDs "Raga" and Pantheon together. That was considered notable by European / German press. I am writing a section on this in Patrick's article. Given that you were one of the main contributors to Vikash's page: - would you want to have a look at what I wrote? - just add on information or sources if you have any. If you want, in a later step, we might want to add a special page on the CD "Raga", as it was seminal for Indian-European Jazz-Music.
Feel free to add comments on the talk page of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Patrick_Bebelaar
Looking forward to getting your appreciated feedback
