Block message:
Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Risav1994". The reason given for Risav1994's block is: "Abusing multiple accounts".
Decline reason: Since this account is very clearly another incarnation of User:Risav1994, I have now blocked it directly. Yunshui 雲水 07:25, 11 September 2015 (UTC)

editThis account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. Request reason:
I'm blocked with the reason: 'Sock Puppetry' of a student of my institute. My institute (Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi) has a shared network which may have resulted in interpretation that I'm a puppet. I have not broken any rule so far (actually i'm serious about them) and I really want to contribute to the community with my expertise and fascination in various engineering fields. Accept reason:
This does in fact seem to be the case, and so I am lifting the block on your account. However, it appears that you and your classmates have been asked by your professor to create DFM-based pages on Wikipedia, without first being given sufficient information or training on how the website works; this has resulted in most of your work being deleted and most of your accounts being blocked. Before creating any further pages for your course, could you please ask your professor to contact Anna Koval, the Wikimedia Foundations' Education Program Manager, at akoval wikimedia.org. Whilst we welcome contributions from students, and indeed, have an Education Program set up for precisely that purpose, such contributions still need to be made in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
