I appreciate your note on my talk page and have responded there. I have also just seen your comment at the Namasudra talk page that you are new here. Please do not think that your new-ness makes you any less welcome or your opinions any less valid. We were all new contributors once. As long as you are prepared to discuss and you are willing to learn our (often confusing) policies about sourcing etc, you should not experience any major problems.
