can i read books on wikipedia? If yes? Then how?

- No, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia where you can find articles about all sorts of subjects. There is a sister project Wikibooks which has a number of books, mostly textbooks; and the article Online Books Page is about a site which has lists of books available on-line.
