Request reason:
Same reason as previously, I RDP to my remote server which I run and pay for. It has never been used as a remote proxy. The entire 173.231.0.0/18 subnet is blocked, and it's pulling my system in as well. Thank you for the assistance. PrezKennedy (talk) 21:14, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As per Jpgordon's comments. Your account is unaffected by the block, as it has been given IP block exemption.—Kww(talk) 04:37, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I don't really understand why you need it. You've made exactly two mainspace edits since you created your account ten years ago; you were granted IP block exemption in 2012 and never used it. --jpgordon::==( o ) 22:26, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
- Well, when I spend my time trying to get unblocked to fix typos I spot as I'm reading something, it sort of prevents me from actually making edits. In fact, I'm not even sure how lack of edits is relevant to the status of my account, especially when it takes three days for a response and the issue I was going to fix has long since been forgotten. Request reason:
I will not make edits or corrections from my work IP address. I'm using RDP to my remote server for this purpose. It most certainly is *not* an open proxy, as I run and pay for it, however the entire 173.231.0.0/18 subnet is blocked. PrezKennedy (talk) 15:19, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
Accept reason:
I have given you IP block exemption. JamesBWatson (talk) 09:47, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
