Tanks!

Hej!

Hello

Hello,

thanks, I've discovered a mistake on his player page on the official Swedish FA website.
On that page they have combined Kalmar caps (6) and Åtvidaberg caps (14) into one single line related to Åtvidaberg (20).
And it is actually impossible that he played 20 games for Åtvid, because he joined the club in July, when only 15 matches were left.
Usually their website is the best source. Thanks for the contribution. --Random Wikipedia User (talk) 23:09, 8 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Re: Reverting shirt numbers

edit

Go ahead, if you can verify them - I have mass reverted an IP who engaged in unexplained and unsourced edits about BLPs and these will have been caught up. GiantSnowman 21:15, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Alright @GiantSnowman:, but those edit's I had on my watchlist from that user seemed to have the correct number with given source so I'm going to change back. // Psemmler (talk) 21:17, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
Like I said, they were unexplained (mass changing something small with no explanation is a sign of vandalism) and the IP has a long history of unsourced edits. GiantSnowman 21:20, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
One would think that an admin would look through all the undos rather than undo a lot of edits that was in line of what's correct and helpful for keeping pages up to date @GiantSnowman:. // Psemmler (talk) 21:28, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
One does not have time to check hundreds of unexplained edits by an IP; one has time to do a quick sample check and make an informed decision about whether to mass-revert or not. GiantSnowman 21:30, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
If one doesn't have the time to admin on Wikipedia, maybe one shouldn't be an admin. I'll go through edit for edit seeing if something is wrong or not, if it's wrong I inform them of why and if it's not then I'll let it be. That should be the case even more for admins, then working for a closer and closer community in my opinion. Your time saving lead to time wasting for me now reverting back to the correct edits. Think of other's perspectives, @GiantSnowman:, thank you. // Psemmler (talk) 21:33, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
I have not performed the function of admin here. Nevertheless, if you have time to sift through hundreds of unexplained edits by an IP then fair play, though I recommend you get out more. GiantSnowman 21:34, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply
I have a functional 8-17 job and a social life outside that, but thank you for your concerns and opinions of other's in real lifeia @GiantSnowman:. // Psemmler (talk) 21:37, 15 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Painting moves

edit

Hi, I was sorry to see your recent moves, which should have been discussed. WP:VAMOS prefers the artist's name to "painting" as a disambiguator. These most look like moves in the wrong direction - do you really think that Munch is the only person to call a painting "Melancholy"? He isn't. Johnbod (talk) 13:57, 6 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

You're right, @Johnbod:. I looked at one different example regarding paintings, and followed that direction. However most of the articles needed a move anyway, regarding of what direction. // Psemmler (talk) 14:01, 6 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
Why did they need moving? Johnbod (talk) 14:02, 6 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
They were a mess, they didn't have any structure, each different painting had it's own structure of title without it having to be needed. @Johnbod: // Psemmler (talk) 14:33, 6 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Sead Hakšabanović, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon

edit

Hi, if you want to win prizes you'll have to enter the article too under Lesotho in Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon/Entries and expand it by at least 1000 bytes. It's only 458 bytes currently so still a stub. It needs to be 1500 bytes (1.5 kb) of readable prose to qualify.♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:25, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

importScript('User:Dr_pda/prosesize.js'); // User:Dr pda/prosesize

Instructions:

  1. Go into your preferences
  2. Where it says "Shared CSS/JavaScript for all skins:", click "custom javascript
  3. Paste the command given above into that and save.
  4. Now approach an article and look in the tools section on the left. You should see "Page size". Click that for each article and you'll quickly get a reading without having to paste text all of the time and look externally.
  5. Look out for where it says, for example: "Prose size (text only): 1684 B (289 words) "readable prose size" ". That's what we're looking for on this, that has to read over 1500 B when finished.

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:TV Girl albums

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:TV Girl albums requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2021–22 Bologna F.C. 1909 season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Diego Peralta.
