Request reason:

I do not understand why you have blocked me! I don't know mbark22 and have no association with him or her. Nothing has changed since I started in June last year except I no longer have a fixed IP address. I used to have 180.150.74.47 but decided recently that I had no reason to pay the extra charge of having a fixed IP address. My Internet Service Provider has now allocated me an IP address of 159.196.161.29 which I am told could change. Are you advising me to pay the extra amount and have a fixed IP? One way or the other I have been accused incorrectly and certainly don't have multiple accounts! Please unblock me - this is a terrible mistake! PuedaHacer (talk) 10:18, 21 February 2021 (UTC)

Decline reason:

As noted below. Please review WP:PAID. 331dot (talk) 09:57, 2 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi. Just to clarify the situation, you were not blocked because of your IP. You were blocked because you continue to create new accounts - even though what I assume to be your original account is blocked - in order to engage in ongoing undisclosed paid editing. The original account User:Mbark22, was blocked for COI editing in June 2019; the second account, User:PuraVida18 was blocked for undisclosed paid editing in June 2020. - Bilby (talk) 12:48, 21 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
