just sayin
My birthday today just saying. TeaLover1996 (talk) 15:11, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: Okay, Happy birthday! Qed237 (talk) 15:13, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
Thanks also happy editing TeaLover1996 (talk) 15:13, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- Hi I was on someones userpage the other day and it said how old they were in a template do you know what this template is or could you have a look somewhere as I can't remember the template or the userpage it was on TeaLover1996 (talk) 15:17, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: The best way is to use the wikipedia search function (which I use on almost all your questions) and/or find the user you are talking about. When I searched I found many templates for this, for example {{User current age}}, {{User exact age}} and many more can be found at Wikipedia:Userboxes/Life#Age. Brian Murphy
I am confused with something and hope you can help, on the article Brian Murphy it used to say his birth year was 1933 but now it has been changed to 1932 and a reference has been provided however the reference does not seem to provide sufficient evidence that shows this so whether the edit should be reverted back to where it says 1933, I was hoping you could take a look at the reference and see what you think. Thanks TeaLover1996 (talk) 17:27, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: After searching on that webpage 1932 seems right. See this result. But maybe not the best of sources. Qed237 (talk) 18:10, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
No mate, no mistake of mine there. Dybala is argentinian and a polish pronunciation appears to be queer. Yes, I know he's of polish descent, but "Paulo" is not a polish name and, as for his surname, "Dybala", it's necessary to know what is the actual spelling to get a correct transcription: is it "Dybala" or "Dybała"? This is fundamental. As the polish pronunciation is not important and can even be given wrongly, I found it was better to remove it. Also consider that the user that put it gave to different version in few minutes ([1] [2]), which means, in my opinion, he wasn't sure enough about what to do. Bye. --79.3.10.47 (talk) 20:45, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- It was still unexplained content removal. Please use the edit summary to explain why, when removing content. Thank you. Qed237 (talk) 21:01, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- But, as far as I know, I can't insert a summary concerning that topic now, as the edit was sent. However I keep in mind your tip for the next time. --79.3.10.47 (talk) 21:12, 19 May 2015 (UTC)

Teahouse Hosting
Are you interested in becoming a Teahouse Host? Just asking TeaLover1996 (talk) 03:12, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- This is the LAST TIME I will answer this and future similar messages will be removed. You should care about YOUR editing on article and not what other editors do. IF I wanted to be host on Teahouse, dont you think I would have done it? Take care of your editing. Qed237 (talk) 12:02, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: Forgot to ping again. Qed237 (talk) 12:05, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- I guess when you say you shouldn't care what others do you mean only focus on other editors editing if their editing is wrong? TeaLover1996 (talk) 12:44, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- In general you should only focus on yourself, but sometimes experienced editors can monitor editors needing help, but that is not easy and editor should not feel "stalked" and you are not there yet. You should focus only on yourself and clear your own issues and listen to the help and warnings you have been given. Before helping others it is always best to know what to do yourself first. Qed237 (talk) 12:53, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- Not saying you should not be a Teahouse host, but you should care about your editing more than caring about what others do, your own editing on article should be priority and listen to other editors if the are trying to talk to you. Qed237 (talk) 12:58, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

Merge
Can two articles be merged if they meet the criteria? TeaLover1996 (talk) 12:40, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: I am not very experienced with merging, but I think so. I suggest reading WP:MERGE or something. Reading the guidelines is always the best to try first. Qed237 (talk) 12:42, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- A merge requires consensus, if I remember correctly. Qed237 (talk) 12:43, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- I guess consensus is a general agreement? TeaLover1996 (talk) 13:31, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

Football Articles
Do you tend to revert users edits who have only updated statistics but dont change the timestamp or do you add the timestamp yourself? TeaLover1996 (talk) 13:30, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: It differs from case to case, the best is to inform the editor and then update yourself but sometimes I am to lazy. Qed237 (talk) 14:41, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
Serious Sam
On the article about Serious Sam the videogame, it doesn't say that it is an open world game, do you think it should be added or is it not an open world game? Thanks TeaLover1996 (talk) 15:44, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: I have no idea, I have never heard of that game. I suggest you start a discussion on the article talkpage. Qed237 (talk) 15:52, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

Gedion Zelalem
Zelalem is officially an American footballer, thanks to FIFA recently granting his one-time switch to represent America in international competitions. Following typical Wiki conventions for other international footballers, he should be listed as "American." There's no reason to keep his international affiliation out of his bio. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:35AC:6910:A95B:96BF:39B0:3042 (talk) 17:41, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

There's no genuine consensus on the matter. He should be labeled American henceforth due to his representation, following the convention of every other international footballer listed on Wikipedia.Anaychi (talk) 18:33, 20 May 2015 (UTC)

- @Dweller: I will keep that in mind, it is just that the editor never learns (I believe he might be a sock of an other editor who did the same thing and is already blocked as sockpuppet) and I got frustrated. But I will try and remember not to shout again. Qed237 (talk) 11:01, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

Messi page :
Hey man , the other day someone changed messi's club honors view , but jaelle changed it back suggesting it was only for decoration reason so it is against wikipedia.. but now when I am looking at i really think it was easier for eye to recognize than now.. because for example if you need to know how many la ligas he won you need to count them ..while the previous method tells you immediately .
maybe not add all this decorations just add the total number for each honor at least ?
what do you think ??
Adnan (talk) 18:44, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: Hi, Adnan. I agree with Jaellee on this one, it is only decoration and it should be a regular list just like Player MOS from the football project. About the numbers I am not completely against it if there are many awards and I have seen it being used. We dont need "La Liga (1): 2014-15" because we can count to one on our own, but if there are 3 or more I can live with numbers , but some consensus might be needed. I think it has been discussed at the football project but I could not find the discussion. Qed237 (talk) 19:04, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Jaellee: you might be interested in this discussion. Qed237 (talk) 19:05, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- yup , just the number when there is several would do it , i agree .
Adnan (talk) 19:10, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- From time to time, this topic comes up at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football, e.g. Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 92#Counters in players' honours, Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football/Archive 77#Honour(s) or dishonour(s)?. The general consensus seems to be that small numbers are unnecessary, but there is no agreement what a small number is. In my opinion anything that is <= 5 is small. --Jaellee (talk) 20:01, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
- do we need to discuss it at the discussion there then ? Adnan (talk) 16:43, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- If there is disagreement on the article, it should be discussed. Qed237 (talk) 16:59, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
Supercopa de España / Top goalscorers section :
what do you think ? I think the top scorers is really extended to put players with 3 goals only...i am not even sure if the 3 players they put they are the only players who have scored 3 goals over all these years.. I really think we can stop at keita with 5 goals.. because I never seen a mention for top scorer for any competition(which has been for 20 years ) and we mention players with 3 goals only! what do you think ? Adnan (talk) 22:27, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: I removed it as unsourced and original research and I question the notabitility even if I can see it being included if it is well sourced. Qed237 (talk) 22:38, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- all these records about scorers or appearances are hard to be sourced and need to be done by researching them i guess, I think the only source i have seen it about this once just saying messi is the top goal scorer for it but other than this i never seen any source for this Adnan (talk) 22:40, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: Yes it is hard to find sources and if no one on the entire web lists the scorers, then why should we? It feels like it is not notable enough. Qed237 (talk) 22:42, 21 May 2015 (UTC)

- @TeaLover1996: I cant not say if it should be fixed or not when I have not seen the signature, where did you see it? Qed237 (talk) 23:16, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- The user is User:Rms125a@hotmail.com the signature is in a foreign language I don't know if its allowed. TeaLover1996 (talk) 23:18, 21 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: That signature is okay, and it is a long-time regular editor that knows what he is doing. That signature is better than him showing his username when signing (in my opinion). Question please .
this ip : 177.75.149.61 keeps adding runners up to the honors..even i checked players like messi , ronaldo and it seems we dont add them to the list of clubs awards but he keeps adding them (like to the super sup runners up!!)there isnt an award for finishing second as much as i know.. and he isnt really listening check players montoya inesita , poyjel etc.. he did this .
thank you .
Adnan (talk) 01:02, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- Maybe, with all due respect, it is you who is wrong Mr. Adnan. By the way, Messi and Ronaldo are not the only two players in the world (but certainly it looks like that in the media and not only there), so their articles are not guidelines, at least not anymore than any other article on a footballer. As I was saying, runner-up honours count, and in some cases even the third places (at the FIFA World Cup, Copa América, etc), medals are awarded there OK? Just as long there are references to go along the titles, they are fine.
Attentively --84.90.219.128 (talk) 04:05, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: @84.90.219.128: There has been several discussions about what counts as an honour and what dont count. In general, from what I have learnt, runners-up does not count as an honour. What is the glory in being the first loser, winning is the important. However in some cases runners-up and third-place finishes can be considered honours if a medal is given (for example World Cup). But being runners-up in a league is not an honour. If it is a disagreement, maybe it is best to take it to WT:FOOTY again. Qed237 (talk) 10:58, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you both , I really mentioned Messi and Ronaldo since they are well known figures thats all =) and yeah in some cases as you both said being 2nd or 3rd wins you medal as world cup so i got this , anyway thank you both
Adnan (talk) 16:38, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
Ah, yes of course QED, in the leagues it is not an honour. I only had runner-up conquests in domestic cup or national team tournaments. --84.90.219.128 (talk) 18:56, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
History
In the history tab of an article, if it shows a lot of information has been removed for example (–200) should it be checked to see why such a major change has occured? TeaLover1996 (talk) 04:02, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Vandalising Wikipedia??!!
Dear Sir (Qed237)
Could you please explain how changing the season completed, and finishing placings, for the top 4 in the Premier League, when we all know they will finish as they are now, constitutes vandalism?
I find your comments unhelpful, as I do not go around vandalising any wikipedia page, and would ask that you retract them.

- @BRACK66: You have been reverted on several articles before doing it yesterday again and consistently changing the content without discussion is disruptive. You have done it twice at Chelsea. The infoboxes should not be updated until ALL matches has been played and the season has officially ended, that is how those parameters work. I see nothing wrong in the warnings you were given. Qed237 (talk) 11:04, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- Also you can not know top4 as theoretically ManU can still pass Arsenal and when there is still a minor change possible then there is a big no to a change, just look at the league table, we dont put that Arsenal has qualified for CL group stage, because they haven't. Qed237 (talk) 11:06, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
- To add @BRACK66: as Qed237 has said Arsenal haven't definitely finished 3rd yet until the season has finished on Sunday, Manchester United still have a chance of 3rd place if Arsenal were to lose their game and Manchester Utd were to win by 6 or 7 goals in theirs to finish 3rd on goal difference, so although it is unlikely for Arsenal to drop down from 3rd to 4th it is not yet definite until the season is finished. Coppa Italia
In adjusting the Coppa Italia, I just used the same technique used in such pages as List of Grand Slam men's singles champions, which not only numbers the championships as they are won, but also gives the total number won to date at each instance of a championship, so you know when it's "6/6", for example, it's their last cup and you don't have to look any further. It was not my intention to vandalize the page. If you personally don't like my edit, that's fine. I won't argue or create an edit war.Juve2000 (talk) 04:56, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Juve2000: Okay, I can understand your reason I just have never seen that way of numbering before (I dont look at Tennis). If we were supposed to do like that everywhere on the football related article it could get confusing because of changes in league structures during the years. For example if you put "3/7" at Premier League article it could be interpreted as 3 wins in Premier League but 7 English titles. I simply dont agree that it is good to show numbers like that. Qed237 (talk) 10:54, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Liga 1
Hello I m Alex. I am new on wikipedia ... I did some change in Liga 1 All time table but you delete it ... i have found some mistakes there... and i also wanted to improve it ... i worked last days for this table i took the information from the internet and wrote in excel each team each season and calculate the all table for each team ... can i send you ? and after you say to me your opinion to aad the informations. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiulian25 (talk • contribs) 16:01, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Alexiulian25: Hi and welcome to wikipedia! I am very happy that you are interested in wikipedia and that you want to update Liga I. There are a few minor things about your update I would like to talk to you about. Firstly, above the table it says "It includes matches played between 1932/33 - 2013/14 season", that has to be updated when table is updated. Also it is best to update those kinds of table after the season has ended (we can just change the year). About the content, there is no real need for a +/- column, but I have changed my mind, we can keep that. So if you update after numbers after the season has ended and update the included seasons above the table that would be great. Qed237 (talk) 16:13, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
I know and understand that the table is between 1932/33 - 2013/14 season, and i added the +/- thing because I think is more easy when update to do not lose "goals".... i also found some mistakes there ... CA Câmpulung Moldovenesc (1948-1953) is missing from the table ... they played 2 years in Liga 1. Prahova Ploiesti has played just 1 season in Liga 1 ...in 1946-47 not 2. and the numbers there are wrong.
look what I did ... I have for every team who played in Liga 1 / Divizia A
I took the information from romaniasoccer.com and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013–14_Liga_I en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012–13_Liga_I
.... all seasons... between 1933-2014. and i looked to be same the information.

- @Alexiulian25: So you are saying all numbers are correct after last season? Also please note that wikipedia can not be used as source. Qed237 (talk) 16:31, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
I have used romaniasoccer.com and from there I corrected the mistakes on wikipedia on leagues from each season of Romania ... and after I added in Microsoft Excel and I automaticly calculeted. I did not include the Finals from 1933 1934 1938 (6 games) and other relegation/promotion games ... I can send it to you if you want. how to send it ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiulian25 (talk • contribs) 16:45, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
I have also used to correct tables from wikipedia "Romania - List of Champions" from rsssf.com — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiulian25 (talk • contribs) 16:48, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Alexiulian25: That is okay, you dont have to send me anything. But have you included matches from this season? Qed237 (talk) 16:50, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
No, I did not included matches from this season. I m waiting the season to be finished and after ... Now, can you add back please the column with +/- and the changes what I did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiulian25 (talk • contribs) 16:54, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Alexiulian25: Okay, the vest would be to have a good source for the table, but I dont have time to look at your sources now, I will look later. And I will restore the content. Qed237 (talk) 17:01, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Okay, thanks. Let me now when you are done because I still have something to change there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Alexiulian25 (talk • contribs) 17:04, 23 May 2015 (UTC)

2014–15 La Liga
Can you please help with the table on the La Liga 2014-15 page? It says that sevilla is the only team that goes straight to the europa league, while everybody keeeps putting villlareal — Preceding unsigned comment added by GoogleGlassHuman (talk • contribs) 20:44, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @GoogleGlassHuman: I believe you dont know how that works. First of all, we display ALL teams that have qualified for Europa League (including qualifying) so it should be Sevilla, Villareal and Athletic Bilbao. However when infobox is updated the ENTIRE infobox, including timestamp, should be updated. Currently it says "as of 17 May 2015" and at that date only Villareal had qualified and that is why we only display Villareal. When all sources has updated, we will update entire infobox and the timestamp. Qed237 (talk) 20:50, 23 May 2015 (UTC)

oh man ! the monaco match really ended literally few seconds ago wow some people really have a thin patient lol

Arsenal and Manchester United in Champions League
Even if Arsenal were definitely going to finish 3rd the article wouldn't be edited until the Premier League season 2014-15 had officially ended, is that correct? TeaLover1996 (talk) 23:25, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: Yes, the infobox should not be edited until season is over (at least those parameters). Qed237 (talk) 00:39, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

- @Tikuko: Hi, I just wanted to inform you that the draft belongs to User:Kamitra1 and I have just been trying to help. See #Help getting a new pg up: special problems and User talk:Kamitra1/Archive 1#Creating article. I realize it was no good but the editor wanted help submitting it anyway. Also please note that an (in my opinion) unexperinced editor User:TeaLover1996 has tried to help and created Barney Brown (actor), you may want to look at that to see if it meets CSD criteria for speedy deletion. Memphis Depay
Would 1 June be sufficient to change the article to show he plays for Manchester United? TeaLover1996 (talk) 21:53, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: On this one I am not sure. In general the next season start 1 July (start of second half of the year) and that is the general opening of transfer window (I think) but somewhere I read after the season ends which is after FA Cup final or Champions League final. Not sure. Qed237 (talk) 22:10, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- I agree the transfer is for money so it would be official when the transfer window opens, if it was a free transfer then it could be changed anytime as the transfer window doesn't need to be open for free transfers, an example would be Victor Valdes signing for Manchester United that was a free transfer and the window didnt need to be open for that one. TeaLover1996 (talk) 22:14, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: The article Transfer window confirms what I thought Although, in England, the transfer window formally opens on 1 July, transfers between clubs in the same association can take place as soon as the last competitive fixtures for the season have been played. However, many transfers will not be completed until 1 July because many players' contracts expire on 30 June. So since Depay is international transfer I would say 1 July. - Okay I'll keep it in mind when editing football articles TeaLover1996 (talk) 22:24, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

Only player to be the leading scorer and leader in assists over a season:Leo Messi 50 goals in the 2011/12 season and 15 assists (tied with Real Madrid’s Ozil).
clearly says they are tied ! Adnan (talk) 21:51, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: Either way, it seems like a content dispute/edit war and both of you should stop editing and start talking. I know how frustrating it can be, so take a few deep breaths and calm down or I am afraid you, as well as the other editor, risk being blocked if it continues. Qed237 (talk) 21:52, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- Huh ?? what are you talking about ? me being blocked ?? don't put it on me man ! he is the one who is reverting 3 other editors and deleting resourced information for different reason everytime ! he is the one after you reverted to the last version removed agian ! Adnan (talk) 21:56, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- read how many times i told him take it to the talk page :) you gotta be fair man ! Adnan (talk) 21:57, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- and did you see I was reverting it to carlos version !! the same one you said it is a good version ! so how is it my fault ? =) ? Adnan (talk) 21:59, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
@Adnan n2: Most recently it was you and him editing and although he might have been a bit more agressive, you could have gone to the talkpage yourself and you did not try that. All I wanted was to both of you to stop, if you had continued you could have been blocked together with him. Now the article is protected and I suggest you start a discussion on the article talkpage. Qed237 (talk) 22:07, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- Hello again , I wasn't in edit war..but i dont know how to do as u to jump to carlos page immediately so i undo every change until i reached calros version ... so how did i was in a editing war? check what i have changed it is basically one information everytime didnt even do it twice and i went to your page when this happened .so explain for me please ? :) Adnan (talk) 22:11, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: I saw you revert the same edit here and here without taking it to any talkpage. It might not have been a full blown editwar but it had the possibility to become one. It does not matter how right you are, but you should not edit war unless it is clear cut vandalism like someone adding "sfgasgrqgarga" or using really bad language like "f*ck". I did not want it to continue so I tried staying neutral and telling both to stop. Qed237 (talk) 22:26, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- I see , I really wasnt trying to edit war ,if i didnt have good intentions i wouldn't have posted the request at your page would I ? I wouldn't have posted again on your page when he removed again would i? I don't mind you being neutral you should be and i agree man with this for real ,but after you did restored , he changed something I didnt try to undo it, I just posted on your page telling you he did didnt i? =) ?? Adnan (talk) 22:33, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: Yes I know, you were acting in good faith and you are a good editor, I just really did not want to favour any editor. It is easy to "blindly trust" the editor asking for help but as I said I tried and stay neutral. Anyway, nothing good will probably come out of further discussion and the page is protected so I will do other stuff now. If you have more issues dont hesitate to ask. Happy editing! Qed237 (talk) 22:37, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- For example now man at the champions league 2015-16 page you have reverted twice for someone it would be so unfair for me to say you are in a war edit wouldnt be ? I am really just mentioning this now to try to explain my point for real not like I think you are in war edit . do you understand what i mean now man ? Adnan (talk) 22:37, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Adnan n2: Yes, I understand what you mean. Qed237 (talk) 22:38, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
- ok thank you for real , I know sometimes language can be barrier but i do my best :) , thank you for understanding man . Adnan (talk) 22:40, 24 May 2015 (UTC)

Europa League
Perhaps you can explain what you were about, removing the fact which I just restored with this diff [3], regarding Southampton's qualification for the Europa League should Arsenal win the FA Cup finals. Ravenswing 06:22, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Ravenswing: On the article we have always only mentioned teams that actually has qualified. If you look at note for France it says Marseille will enter the group stage instead of the third qualifying round if Paris Saint-Germain win the 2014–15 Coupe de France and it does not mention that Bordeaux will qualify then, which they will. I was just trying to be consistent and do what we always has beeen doing. Qed237 (talk) 10:10, 25 May 2015 (UTC)

2014–15 Umaglesi Liga
Hi, I just noticed that the Georgian federation website lists Zestafoni as being last in the table, apparently ignoring the three-way head-to-head records. Then I noticed that Zestafoni withdrew and the last seven matches were all awarded a 3–0 defeat (http://www.rsssf.com/tablesg/geor2015.html). And now the website announces the relegation play-off between Metalurgi Rustavi and Lokomotivi Tbilisi (the winner of the 3rd place play-off of the second tier). It really seems that Zestafoni were excluded and moved to last place, so the head-to-head records for the last teams exclude them, leaving Metalurgi Rustavi at 14th (relegation play-off) and WIT Georgia at 15th (automatic relegation). Should I change the table or leave it until we have more information on it? Thanks in advance. The Replicator (talk) 14:21, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: It seems like a very special situation and as I dont speak the language it is hard for me to know what is going on. But on the official page of georgian footballl association I found this article saying Zestafoni was suspended because they did not show up at one of the matches and that they would lose the coming matches with 3–0. Also their league table has Zestafoni in last place, while UEFA has Zestafoni at playoff spot. Since they have said what teams will play in the playoff, I think we can change the table. Qed237 (talk) 14:40, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- Yeah, Georgian isn't quite my language too :). Thanks. The Replicator (talk) 14:42, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: With this article from Zestafoni themselves, I think we can say they are relegated. Qed237 (talk) 14:46, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- Also this article might be worth google translate. They also have financial issues? Qed237 (talk) 14:50, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: Forgot to ping this time. 14:51, 25 May 2015 (UTC)Qed237 (talk)
- The article in Georgian is basically about some financial issues of the club and an appeal to the CAS, but Google Translate is not much more helpful on this and I don't know if this has anything to do with the relegation issue, at least directly. However, I agree that we have enough material to consider Zestafoni relegated (this and this). The Replicator (talk) 15:00, 25 May 2015 (UTC)

Messi
Check this link: http://footballdatabase.com/league-scores-tables/spain-liga-bbva-2011-12 (Clearly, ozil has more assists than messi in 2011-12 season) So,
Clearly this record in messi's page: (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lionel_Messi#Spain) Only top goalscorer and top assists supplier in the same league season: 2011/12 (50 goals and 15 assists)
is FALSE!
This is one of the frivolous and fan made lies about messi among many!
The references to many of messi's page records are based on fan run fcbarcelona website and clearly have wrong stats as proven by this example.
Please delete this immediately. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SupernovaeIA (talk • contribs) 19:37, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- @SupernovaeIA: It is reliably source and it is two sources against eachother. Take it to the article talkpage. Also please drop the aggressive tone, it will only get you in trouble. Qed237 (talk) 19:45, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Also this is why we have removed assists on many articles, definition of assist varies and what one person think is an assists, others dont count as an assist. Qed237 (talk) 19:47, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

I have my new page together, did not start working on it yesterday. I was going to try and put it up, but it is on Barney Brown who was a drama coach and more, and there is already a page for Barney Brown, baseball player. If two have the same name, maybe the baseball player has a middle initial, but I don't know it. How do you proceed in such cases?
I already got a "try and do it yourself" reply from TeaLover1996 and left a similar reply to this one. If someone could get the page up, I can fill in the biographical data as an edit.
My page begins: Barney Brown (b.1910?-d.1962) was an American actor; acting instructor; drama and artistic director; producer.
My page ends with two references: Pasadena Playhouse College of Theatre Arts and Perry-Mansfield School of the Theatre.
So, with this on the pg. and just a word at the bio section, I can fill it in. Then, I have three photos with captions to go with the article, after.
Thanks for considering me, and ... Dustin Hoffman and others studied with Barney Brown. Maybe a list will develop from this initial article.

Hope this is the right spot to continue. I did copy/paste my bio for Barney Brown on the pg. specified. I changed the order of credits to "acting instructor" first, followed by "actor", as his contribution for so many was as a drama coach. I reentered the intro, not sure, no specified place for it. You can place where it belongs.
So, waiting to hear what's next. I think I have to change my 3 tifs to jpgs, in photoshop, save at 72dpi or save as max. quality and let Wikipedia auto machine resize, etc. So, if it passes, let me know about next photo steps. Thanks so much. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kamitra1 (talk • contribs) 17:47, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
My answer: My biographical info on Barney Brown was from data given to me by the archivist at the Pasadena Playhouse, with the exception of the year and time of Mr. Brown's death. That and the three photos of Barney acting and teaching came from the Perry-Mansfield archivist. I don't think I can make my article any better, so I'll ask for a review— say it is ready. I think it is likely that someone, perhaps the Playhouse, can add the correct year of birth later. They must have it somewhere. Kamitra1 (talk) 23:52, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Sunday morning the 24th of May, and I have this notice on my "talk" pg that my bio on Barney Brown was poorly sourced and rejected. Then, bottom of pg, it says "The review notification went to the wrong page." Tikuko So, I am not sure if my BB bio was rejected. Barney Brown, out of four acting coaches I had during the 1960s when I was pursuing an acting career, was the only one worth remembering. Some can be so destructive, but he was never personal, never mean. Stuart Margolin is another fine actor, besides Dustin Hoffman, who had Barney as a coach early on. I think, with the two or three old photos I want to include, my page is a whole lot better than many other vacuous pgs. Wikipedia has allowed.Kamitra1 (talk) 14:28, 24 May 2015 (UTC)
Thanks for clarifying Tikuko entry. Since it is about 55 yrs. since Barney Brown died, it is not that easy for me to get info on him. The Pasadena Playhouse archives gave me the data I used which I assume may have been what they looked at when they hired him, plus a little. Links can be established to a few of the items I mentioned, though they may link outside Wikipedia. You could take it as it is (you being Wikipedia), and with my photos, the page would be very acceptable. Sticking to the straight and narrow is an option you can let go of whenever you like. I think, as one of our greatest present time actors, Dustin Hoffman, has talked about studying with Barney, and this is on the net, people would like to be able to find out something more. But you will have your way, for whatever reasons.Kamitra1 (talk) 14:16, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
You say to add websources to the draft, but I thought the attempted pg. had died. Before starting to put it on the Wikipedia, I did Google a few items in the bio, and did get info on the The Harriette Ann Grey Concert Dancers, The Perry-Mansfield School of the Theatre (now using "Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp" as I was informed this morn. by their archivist); The Pasadena Playhouse, and California Federal Theatre (1930s). If there is still a possibility for this page, do I add these websources or verifications of data offered, by mentioning their url? Kamitra1 (talk) 15:33, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
Thanks for continued assistance. I wrote down your instructions for links, and will try and get urls onto the draft in the next 24hrs. Question: Is it appropriate to use italics when mentioning the name of institutions a person worked at, the way one uses italics on book titles? Also, I do wish, as I am daring to try and keep improving my effort, that you could change the title to "Barney Brown, acting instructor" rather than "actor", as, if the page ever gets on, it has to be "Acting Instructor". Is it possible to do this now?Kamitra1 (talk) 20:05, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
I had this afterthought that the links can prove that a place does or did actually exist, but I doubt any of the web sites mention that Barney Brown worked there.Kamitra1 (talk) 20:10, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
So, I intuited that the object is to see B.Brown on the websites where he worked, and I will see if Pasadena Playhouse history mentions him; but probably not. Trying to get the (ancient?)archivist at Pasadena Playhouse to dig up much of anything was tough. I'm sure they must have a super bio on him in some program, but she said I had no idea what a mess their archive dept is in. I asked if it had been vandalized? They truly should have his exact date of birth and death, and probably do. However, one can only hope someone else can get more out of them than I could. I didn't see much of a history of Perry-Mansfield on their site. I can get those links to sights which mention the places but this is all. If therefore the effort comes to a sure end, do let me know now. Thanks.Kamitra1 (talk) 22:41, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
2014–15 UEFA Europa League
To answer your question, I think it's even better because for Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Ireland the names were on a single line but below the flag. Now they are both in the same line. The Replicator (talk) 11:22, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: Okay, I guess it depends on your computer and how wide your screen are. For me both flags and names was on the same line with 95%. Is 93% working for you or should we change it back to 90%? Qed237 (talk) 11:36, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Qed237: 93% doesn't work for me. 90% does. I put it 90% already. The Replicator (talk) 11:44, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- @The Replicator: Okay, thats fine. Qed237 (talk) 11:45, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- @Qed237: 93% doesn't work for me. 90% does. I put it 90% already. The Replicator (talk) 11:44, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
Have I upset or angered you?
You put in the edit summary of your message how hard is it to change a parameter were you angry or upset or are we cool it was just a message ? TeaLover1996 (talk) 14:40, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- No I am not upset, but sometimes it feels like you miss easy things and just copy without thinking. Why did you not look at how the parameters work and just copy mine? First you linked to my archive spots and then you set counter to 11 when there are very clear (counter) in the other parameter that tells bot were archive should be. And what is appropriate size for your archives? Sometimes I feel that you should read the guidelines and find out how things work. Do you know what all parameters do? Adam Federici
Two things:
- A:Federici has signed a 3 year deal at Bournemouth, it says he will join on a free transfer, i am guessing this will be 1 July as his contract expires 30 June so the article should be edited 1 July to say that , am I right?
- B: An IP reverted your recent edit on the article, just letting you know, you might want to look at it but it's up to you
Regards TeaLover1996 (talk) 18:36, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
- To tired to think about it, but you are probably right. Qed237 (talk) 19:03, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
If you have a spare moment, could you check Norwich City F.C.- I wanted to check that my reversions were correct. [4] and [5] both say 6 players are leaving Norwich, and many editors have taken this to mean immediately. Common sense dictates this would be 30 June, not now, am I correct? Joseph2302 (talk) 14:27, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- User:Joseph2302 This is a jungle, I will try and explain.
- Loans expire immediately when season has ended, and players return to their club.
- Contracts ends 30 June and player can sign with a new club at 1 July (seems like your case, with expiring contracts)
- International transfers open 1 July when transfer window opens
- Domestic transfer can happen when season has ended (England)
- At least that is what I have been told and the article Transfer window says Although, in England, the transfer window formally opens on 1 July, transfers between clubs in the same association can take place as soon as the last competitive fixtures for the season have been played. However, many transfers will not be completed until 1 July because many players' contracts expire on 30 June. Outside of the transfer window, a club may still sign players on an emergency basis, usually if they have no goalkeeper available. Special dispensation from their competition's governing body, for example the Premier League, is required. The transfer window restriction does not apply to clubs below Football Conference National level.
- @Joseph2302: I hope this may have answered your question. Otherwise WT:FOOTY might be the best idea. Qed237 (talk) 14:35, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- Yes thank you, well explained. I was confused since Graham Dorrans had signed permanently (after a loan deal), but the 6 players leaving weren't leaving yet. Makes complete sense now. Joseph2302 (talk) 15:09, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
Unconstructive?
@Qed237: Is an edit that is unconstructive an edit that is not useful to the encyclopedia, or isn't beneficial to those using it? TeaLover1996 (talk) 09:11, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- @TeaLover1996: You dont have to ping me at my talkpage, I get notifications when it has been changed, I have just chosen not to answer. It is hard to explain, an unconstructive edit is an edit that does not improve wikipedia. I have trouble to understand the question and why you ask. Qed237 (talk) 15:35, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
