You've done it again. Please read WP:Talk page guidelines, which explains why discussion posts should not be removed like this; if you continue altering other peoples' posts, you will risk being blocked.
The fact that you're only removing (and singling out as "propaganda") the posts of one particular editor suggests to me that you have edited here before, under a different account, and had some kind of dispute with that editor in the past.
