Notability of Paul Over

It seems that scientific journals having pages on Wikipedia should have Web of Science impact factors. Because this journal does not yet have an impact factor, I agree that speedy deletion of the page is reasonable. When it does have an impact factor, I will add the page again (assuming I understand the criteria correctly). Qtian (talk) 01:11, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
