Heya.

I'm concerned that this article you created/are the major contributor to may not meet our requirements for establishing notability of living people, but I am also conscious that establishing notability for trans women, especially trans women of colour, is significantly more difficult than a lot of other BLPs.

However, the WP:NBLP rules are a set of bright-line rules that are intended to protect both the project and the subject of articles.

So, let's talk about that and see if we can either find some more sources that better establish notability of this article subject, or perhaps move the article back to draft status for the time being, until the sourcing to establish notability is available.

Cheers, A

Hi Alfie - Thank you for reaching out via this Talk page. Please point to which aspects of the BLP requirements are not met? I had already reviewed those requirements and found that this individual, who as you say is a trans person of color who should be considered with that perspective, does meet the criteria of notability, given the third party sources in Atlanta and nationally that have written about her work and achievements. I can work on further updates in coming weeks, but I don't think this article should be moved to Drafts. It has already been reviewed and approved by multiple other editors who have contributed across Wikipedia and is linked from another Wikipedia page. This individual should be part of the foundation of knowledge on Wikipedia, as we ensure that Wikipedia accurately and fairly incorporates the history of the queer trans community of color. Before you make any changes I do ask that you continue a discussion and we consider on appropriate steps based on your specific observations.
