The username is similar to the username Quouar, the author of self-publish promo from on Reddit about Parrish's book [1], which appears to be Parrish herself on other platforms. See: [2], [3], [4], and [5]. Quaoarian is the adjective of the planet Quaoar which itself is an alternate spelling of Kwawar, presumably the same pronunciation as Quouar.
