Issues

1. This clicks all the links, toggling the subscription state, rather than subscribing to all the topics. The latter could be achieved by looking at the data-mw-subscribed attribute, and could also allow the button to change to "Unsubscribe all".
2. This will likely not work when new visual enhancements are enabled ("Show discussion activity" in Discussion pages preferences).
