Wikipedia:Blocking policy

Hello! So, "All users involved in helping to evade another user's block will be blocked" is a) absolutely incorrect and b) wholly unsupported in the very policy page/section you attempted to "nutshell". This is why I removed it. Please take care when editing policy pages, as they are heavily scrutinized. Where did you read that "all users involved in helping to evade another user's block will be blocked" anyway? As in like some sort of automatic punishment? How long would these co-conspirators be blocked for, by the way? Is there a sentencing guideline I'm not seeing? Doc talk 10:22, 5 December 2015 (UTC)

@Doc9871: Sorry, but I was trying to add a nutshell. Can you please add the proper nutshell, as according to that WP:EVADE section? I don't have very good English when it comes to explaining things. I don't think we really need a nutshell there. Policy pages are probably the last thing one should be editing if one can't explain things comprehensibly. I mean, it's a policy page we are all supposed to abide by. Changes to policy are usually met with this sort of scrutiny. Doc talk 02:08, 6 December 2015 (UTC)

@Mangelo234: Then insert a real source. Put <ref>Website info or other info</ref> beside the claim. A website citation would be good. However, avoid using Wikia or other wikis, because they are open source and anyone could edit there. Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) 02:52, 15 December 2015 (UTC)

Hey Qwertyxp2000! I noticed you often prefix your comments with Umm.... I am convinced you do not realize that this may be misinterpreted as a rude or surly way to approach dialogue. It's hard to explain, but starting a sentence off like that implies that what follows should be common sense, or that you shouldn't have to state it and the fact that you do puts down who you are saying it to. I believe this may be what Coin945 was referring to at WT:TAFI. Anyway, as I said I'm sure you did not mean it in this way, but thought I'd let you know just in case!
