Hi RAMRashan! Yes, it is very nice to have you at the GMO-related discussion, so here is a welcome from me, too. Please feel free to get in touch with me at User talk:Tryptofish any time if you have any questions at all about editing Wikipedia. By the way, I noticed that when you have been signing your posts, you have only posted your user name, but not the "timestamp" that shows the date and time. You can find pointers about how to do it at Wikipedia:Signatures#How to sign your posts. --Tryptofish (talk) 23:54, 4 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Notice of Discussion of Rules for RfC on GMO food safety

edit

A discussion is taking place here about a proposed RfC on GMO food safety based on the five proposals made at the GMO crops talk page here which you have either commented on or made your own proposal. The Wordsmith and Laser brain have graciously volunteered to oversee the RfC. In addition to discussing the rules, The Wordsmith has created a proposed RfC here. This is not notice that the RfC has begun. --David Tornheim (talk)

Just so you know, the undated message above was from may and the RFC was closed in july, you can see the result in the box at the top of that page. Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 21:06, 1 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I reverted your addition to the GMO Food Safety RfC only because RfC's are only left open for a specific time period, and that one was closed to new comments on July 7. I see that you were previously left a message inviting you to comment, and that nothing on that page (except for one bit at very top) explicitly shows it as having been closed. For what it's worth, I agree with the opinions you expressed there and only removed it for procedural reasons. Please don't let this discourage you from participating in other consensus processes.
