I have no connection to the BPA or any other organisation in the field, I have however, been on the receoving end of some of their members misleading and intimidatory demands for payments of unlawful penalties. My edits have been an attempt to reflect the true legal position and improve the artical. The BPA seem to regard the artical as an extension of their own website and they edit out anything that does not toe their party line.
