Upon recent dismissal of the Matt Luff (racing driver) wikipedia page I have made the necessary changes requested. Originally the article was disapproved due to lack of reliable sources in which the athlete in question was only included in 'passing mentions'. I have removed the articles with passing mentions and only kept/added references in which the entire article focuses on 'Matt Luff'. All sources are from reliable and reputable new outlets and sources.
I hope this helps! Many Thanks!
