• Thank you Doug Weller! Rahmatullah.mehmood, this article is not a good article to edit for someone just starting out on Wikipedia. It's very heavily watched and edited, which means that there's a higher chance of edits getting challenged and removed. Since the topic is also so controversial and deals with medical topics, it's also going to need the strongest possible sources and to be written as neutrally as possible.

Reviewing your draft, there are some issues. The first is that the content is written in a fairly casual tone that doesn't mesh with the more formal one used on Wikipedia. The history section is also redundant to the existing history section in the article, which is more comprehensive. There's also some issues with the sourcing, in that some of them are pro-abortion groups/sites. This doesn't mean that they are automatically unreliable per se, but it does mean that they are almost guaranteed to approach the topic with a bias, as would an anti-abortion group/site. It would be best to use academic and scholarly databases for this topic area, as they're more likely to be a stronger and more neutral source.

I would recommend editing an article that is less developed as well. If you absolutely want to work on an abortion article you may find it easier to edit one of the articles listed here, however keep in mind that the same requirements would be in place. You may want to switch gears to work on Pregnancy, Birth and Abortion, a 1958 book that discusses abortion. The article needs synopsis and review sections. You could also look to see how the book is seen nowadays, so the review section could contain both reception upon release and its reception since then. Abortion in the US

Hi, I saw that you added your content to the article. The issues I brought up previously weren't met and this poses a huge issue since the material can be challenged and removed. I've removed one portion accordingly, the one about abortion by states. It was largely unsourced and also had issues with tone since it read too much like a reaction to the material rather than a neutral summary. I would not re-add this to the material and I would also recommend that you discuss the material on the article's talk page before adding anything else to the article.

I would still heavily recommend working on another article rather than this one, for the reasons I mentioned prior. You're likely to receive pushback from other editors since the topic is controversial and often edited, particularly if there are issues with the material.
