How do you think these papers got into the public domain? Who do you think leaked them and why? Wikipedia is not a place for gossip. Of course her allegtions are not NPOV. If they are in legal papers before the family court they should not be discussed outside those proceedings. If they are subject of discussion, they should not be. The only relevant point is that it is acknowledged by both that the marriage has irretrievably broken down. "to at least mention" is a split infinitive. - Kittybrewster 15:28, 19 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

It doesnot matter as to why (or who put )these papers are in the public domain. The fact remains that these papers are in the public domain, and are subject to much intense discussion. Wikipedia maynot be a place for gossip, but it certainly is not a place for investigative facts either. What it is known for, is its' unbiased "reporting" of events. Certainly, when more and more people look to Wikipedia as a source of reliable information, it is atleast necessary (whether split infinitive or not) to report what is happening. There is a subtle difference in "reporting" and opinionating, and i am afraid, you are not able to see it. Anyway, since u are one of the supposed "gods" of wikipedia, i leave the final decision to your consciousness. rahul regula 09:37, 20 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Parallel Genome Assembly

edit

The article Parallel Genome Assembly has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable, does not meet WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Crusio (talk) 16:37, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Periannan Senapathy

edit

Please help me on the Periannan Senapathy article a so called "dawkinist" user called Hrafn (see his home page) who spends his life attacking intelligent design has reported the page to the wikipedia fringe board and you. Now he is trying to get both the pages deleted, he does not want them on wikipedia as it challenges it own views. He does not understand Periannan Senapathys work, he seems to think Senapathy is an intelligent design proponent. He has never read Independent birth of organisms!!

I spent an hour yesterday finding sources to improve the Senapathy article but now Hrafn has claimed that all the sources are self-published and are not valid enough to be on wikipedia. You need to help me find sources for the Senapathy article, otherwise it's gonna be deleted. By the way the Parallel Genome Assembly article is going to be deleted, if we do some work however we can save the Senapathy article. I hope you log in and you can help me on the Senapathy article 86.10.119.131 (talk) 09:21, 19 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Periannan Senapathy, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. HrafnTalkStalk(P) 19:24, 20 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

You will not win on the Senapathy article

edit

Rahulr i respect your hard work on the Senapathy article, i also spent about 4 hours finding sources and uploading them to the article, then as soon as i upload only ten minutes after have a user Hrafn (Hrafn) delete, remove them etc. There has also been another user called OrangeMarlin (check the history of the page of the Senapathy article) called Senapathys theory "disgusting" and Senapathys book "crap", and called Senapathy himself a "nutcase" "crank" and "demented" - He got no warnings for this at all. Sadly the users Hrafn and OrangeMarlin are two older men in their 50s who spend their life on wikipedia attacking Intelligent design, Creationism and alternative theories on origins which they call "cranky" and "fringe" both of these users are fundamentalist darwinists. Both of those users have never read the book independent birth of organisms, they falsly claim Senapathy is a "creationist" to try and discredit him, the only reason they attack Senapathy and supress his research is becuase he has some evidence which contradicts the modern evolutionary synthesis and they are scared of this evidence, both those users spend all there life on the evolution and creationism articles, you will not be able to win against them, they are biased users who give science a bad name, they delete any evidence which goes against their darwinist beliefs. Both of them take Darwins book origin of the species as a holy script and anything or anyone who challenges it, they will smear, acuse of being a "creationist" and supress the information to entering on wikipedia. You will not be able to win i am afraid, they are not neutral editors. I have decided to quit wikipedia, it is not neutral on here. If you do manage to save the Senapathy article, then good luck. All the best. 86.10.119.131 (talk) 19:25, 21 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
