See this video for instructions about uploading an image to Wikipedia's media repository, Wikimedia commons:

Wikimedia Commons, however, only accepts "free" images (not copyrighted) images: generally this will be a photo that you took yourself or a photo that is extremely old (normally, published before 1923). If you don't know whether your image is free, please ask at the copyright help desk before uploading it or immediately after uploading. That help desk can also help you with image questions generally. Good luck!

If you want to change your username, see Wikipedia:Changing username. It's not possible to delete your account because of Wikipedia's attribution requirements, but you can request to be "vanished" at Wikipedia:Courtesy vanishing. Good luck!
