As I said, you are blocked for spamming - namely creating Somdip Dey for undisclosed payments at the behest of the subject for promotional reasons. You are not the first one to have attempted this. MER-C 10:12, 23 June 2019 (UTC)

You disclosed your conflict of interest, but not the more strict paid editing disclosure(not that I see, at least). Disclosing those does not permit you to engage in promotional editing or advertising. You also have not addressed the sock or meat puppetry. I don't see a pathway to being unblocked for you, at least without agreeing to not edit about current or future clients and likely other conditions.
