Unsorced Fun House Transmissions Dates and Episode Counts.

Why aren't there any sources for Fun House's transmission dates and episode counts? I know they aren't right because I have a ton of TV Times guides to prove it. The first series has 13 episodes and it took an easter break during its run after the first 4 episodes and ITV instead showed a Disney film on 24 March 1989. The second series also has 13 episodes and it also took an easter break during its run after the first 7 episodes and ITV instead showed the 1941 Disney film "Dumbo" on 13 April 1990 at 3:55pm. The rest of the series went as normal without an easter or christmas break except for the last series (Series 11), which has actually 15 episodes and it took a christmas break during its run after the first 11 episodes. The BFI is a very reliable source, if you think the word of an anonymous editor who can't even be bothered to sign his posts counts for more than theirs then think again. RatWeazle 21:42, 3 September 2013 (UTC)

BFI may be a reliable source but they are in some cases wrong and this is one of those cases. Some episodes on their website have wrong transmission dates and are missing all the episodes from Series 11 (1999). TVrage is a banned website you cannot use it as a reference on wikipedia. the reference you have posted here does seem to support your claim about the final episodes of 1999 so i will do what you should of done yourself and add it to the article. RatWeazle 00:21, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

That is good news about TV rage being banned on here. Just to fair: The BFI site is very reliable but is also got mistakes, and is missing details. IP user is correct there are only 13ep for series one and two. The IP user is not reliable as series three also had an easter break and nothing was transmitted on "Friday, March 29, 1991" thus S3 was also 13eps. The last series is very questionable, since repeats were going out aswell at the start of September,

• 4 episodes September on Wednesday
• No episodes on 1 or 8 October due to the Rugby world cup
• 15 October the series come back on a Friday until 10 Dec, then 27, 28, 29 Dec, thus 12 episodes* I need to double check all this BUT Fun house Never went out on Dec 30 1999 that's for sure.

I have double check two sources "The time" and "The Guardian", DEFO no episodes on 17th December or 30th December. Both also state from 22 & 29 September both were new episodes and not repeats, while on 8 and 15 both were repeats thus it would bring the total up to 14. --Crazyseiko (talk) 16:32, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Both papers are free to view online as long as you member of most library, Im not sure how to prestent that in Ref/citations from.--Crazyseiko (talk) 19:37, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Ok, I can see the difficulty there, I suspect the best way would be to make a note of the details and then cite it as the original printed publication, but I agree it is not obvious. RatWeazle 20:01, 4 September 2013 (UTC)
