Speedy deletion of Charlestons
editA tag has been placed on Charlestons requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. - Jameson L. Tai talk ♦ contribs 17:06, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
editHi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 23:45, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
You have been blocked for disruptive editing. This includes harrassing another user by name calling and by edit warring on their tlak page, as well as a frivolous report to AIV. The block is 24 hours. I suggest you take that time to relax before returning to edit Wikipedia. This is a collaberative project, and all users are expected to remain civil. I'd also suggest you truly consider the comments that have been made toward you and your suggestions. If you wish to contest this block, you may do so by placing {{Unblock|Your reason here}}
on this page. Someguy1221 (talk) 00:01, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

HELP
edit{{helpme}}
The page Jon & Kate Plus 8 that I am working on keeps getting vandalized and people keep using the talk page as a forum. All the recent gossip about the show and the intimate lives of charcters are not notable and shouldn't be in the article. Myself and others keep changing the edits but I believe the page needs to be semi-protected, since the Wikipedia article is one of the first things that pops up if you type "Jon & Kate Plus 8" into a search engine. I don't know how to semi-protect a page. I looked it up, but all I could find was the criteria for semi-protection. RCNARANJA 23:22, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
- The page already is semi-protected per this log. I'm not sure what to tell you. That's what we're here for, to fix things. So since semi-protection already has been put in place in this article, you just have to keep an eye on things :-) Killiondude (talk) 23:29, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
Your recent speedy tagging
editHi there. I just declined speedy deletion on two articles which you had tagged - Origami airplane launched from space and Wolfe+585, Senior as neither of the reasons that you gave were valid speedy deletion criteria. Speedy deletion can only be proposed for a very narrowly defined set of reasons - these can be found at WP:CSD and you might want to spend a few moments reading them before tagging any more article as in doing so you are just creating unnecessary work for others. If you come across an article which you think should be deleted but which does not meet the speedy criteria then your options are to propose it for deletion or send it for discussion at articles for deletion. Gaga The Fame Part One
editHi. I am interested in creating an article for the video below (I would like to know if it is even worth creating one first) and if you would like to help. I have also and/or are going ask other users frequently on the article and it's extensions. I hope to hear from you.

- Hey, I tried to go to your talk page and it said it didnt exist. =/ Anyway, yes I would love to help, and I think it is worth making an article because it is not just a music video, it a short Andy Warhol-style film. Thanks for asking me! RCNARANJA 20:35, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
