GA review
editHi! I was wondering when you'd be completing the GA review for Ianto's Shrine, since it's been untouched for about eleven days. No rush though! :] Suntooooth, it/he (talk/contribs) 20:49, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Suntooooth: Hi. I'm very sorry that I haven't been able to get to it. I've been exceedingly busy lately. Unfortunately, I think that my schedule probably won't clear up soon enough for me to finish it in a relatively short amount of time, and therefore I think that I can't review it. I'll request a second opinion. I hope that the review goes well, and sorry again. Cheers Relativity ⚡️ 00:43, 15 October 2024 (UTC)
How can I add an article about my business --Apon220 (talk) 03:26, 16 October 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @Apon220, and welcome to Wikipedia! The simple answer is: creating an article about your own business is strongly discouraged. The long answer is that the problem with you creating an article about your business is that you will be biased in writing that article. On Wikipedia, we are very strict about keeping our articles with a neutral point of view, and since you would be writing about your own business, it would be much harder for you to adhere to that. In addition, you would have a conflict-of-interest (please read WP:PSCOI for more information on this) and therefore would have to abide to our policy on paid editing. If your company is truly notable, someone else will create an article about it someday. One last point: if someone offers to create an article for you for a fee, this is a scam (read WP:SCAM for more information and what do do just in case that happens). Anyways, have a great day, and let me know if you have any further questions! Relativity ⚡️ 02:57, 17 October 2024 (UTC)
