If I may boldly observe: your essay contains some quite inaccurate statements.

The MedCom does not issue punishments; it's a body which offers formal mediation of advanced content disputes. Indeed, it takes a strict stance against regulating party—and, by extension, editor—conduct.

Additionally, the essay seems to duplicate on several levels WP:HORSEMEAT, an already-existing essay. You might wish to consider merging any useful content in your copy to that page and redirecting to prevent duplication.
