editRe: FFX timeline
editYeah, sure. I'd be happy to let you use it there. It's going to be a little while before I actually get around to finishing it, though. I'm still working on translations from the FFVII Ultimania Omega, and I've nearly finished the ones I'm going to work with. I'll let you know when I've got the timeline ready for X/X-2, though. It hopefully won't be more than two or three days from now. Ryu Kaze 12:22, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, after looking at the timeline I was going to do (the one in the International book for X-2), I can see that it's not as complete as far as pre-FFX stuff as another one that's already been done (from the Ultimania Omega for X). The timeline I gave you is the post-FFX stuff, which you can only get in that book, but for the stuff that came before, just go to the thread on this board labeled "Spiran Timeline and Miscellaneous Info":
- I'd ask pmog if you could use that timeline in your project; if he/she says that won't be possible, then I'd just reword all of it and make the timeline myself. He/she has a copyright to that exact interpretation of the timeline, but not the timeline itself, so you can reword it as you like. Ryu Kaze 01:57, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- "Mail me something from Wikipedia and I'll send you a treat in reply"
- Do you mean, like... hunt for your e-mail and send you a link? XD Sorry, I'm confused. Ryu Kaze 06:01, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging Image:Grin.gif
editThanks for uploading Image:Grin.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Image legality questions page. Thank you.
Yeah, a trivial thing, but all images do need source and licese info, even a smiley. Sherool (talk) 21:16, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
- GNU license with phpBB, just forgot to tg it. Sorry! Renmiri 22:03, 1 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: Calms
editYeah, they don't last long at all. On the official timeline, it breaks down like this (not a verbatim translation):
- Approximately 400 years ago:
- Gandof defeats Sin and becomes the first High Summoner since Yunalesca
- Gandof's Calm
- The third Sin appears publically with Gandof's Final Aeon as its core
- Approximately 230 years ago:
- Ohalland defeats Sin
- Ohalland's Calm
- The fourth Sin appears publically with Ohalland's Final Aeon as its core
- Approximately 100 years ago:
- Yocun defeats Sin
- Yocun's Calm
- The fifth Sin appears publically with Yocun's Final Aeon as its core
- Approximately 10 years ago:
- Braska defeats Sin
- Braska's Calm
- Auron rides Sin to Dream Zanarkand
- Approximately 9 years ago:
- The sixth Sin appears publically with Braska's Final Aeon (Jecht) as its core
Sorry if I made you lose a bet. XD What was it about, if I may ask? Ryu Kaze 08:29, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
- Ouch. XD Sorry. Maybe it'll be less humiliating than that. Ryu Kaze 23:02, 2 April 2006 (UTC)
Aw, shucks...
editThanks for the barnstar, Renmiri! I've spent altogether too much of time doing web design work for a variety of purposes, so I know more about HTML/CSS coding than anyone should have to. <grin> I'm glad it worked, though. – Seancdaug 02:38, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
final fantasy x
editwhats a wikibook? and, sure, move it. i just thought id expand a little more onto these subjects... -Xornok 02:38, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
also, how do you edit the template thing at the bottom of most pages? the link to paine goes to a disambiguation page, and not the final fantasy one - Xornok 03:01, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
- sure, you can move any of my pages.i just dont personally know how. -Xornok 03:03, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
- go to Mythology of Final Fantasy X, scroll to bottom, click Paine at the bottom, right next to Seymour Guado. it takes you to a disambiguation page, and not the Paine from final fantasy. Xornok 04:06, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
paine
editfor some reason, i just couldnt find that template... and i typed it exactly like that, Template:FFX... otherwise, i would have done it myself, but thanks... -Xornok 04:40, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
copys
editi think we should make copies of all the final fantasy pages and add them to the wikibooks. -Xornok 01:36, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
yeah, thats what i was thinking, its easier to just edit pages that already exists. ill start copying pages later today when i have some free time... -Xornok 15:16, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
X-2 characters
editHey, Renmiri, I had a question concerning all those thumbnails on the X-2 page. Since you were the one who put them up, I was wondering if there's a specific reason that they scroll down the bottom of the page by themselves? Is this an issue with my screen resolution or monitor? Also, I was wondering if you would be opposed to deleting all these extras since you have the little "(img)" link currently beside of each entry on the list.
Have a good one. Ryu Kaze 17:36, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, thanks for that, Ren. By the way, I've made some edits to the Final Fantasy X page that I think you might appreciate because of your love of the game. Also, I've now added references to all X and X-2 story pages. Ryu Kaze 20:34, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
Template:Grin
editPer my reply of some days ago regarding this template, please do not recreate it again. It was deleted by a TfD when the closure of that debate was overturned by an admin and that overturning subsequently endorsed by VfU (as it was then called). The same applies to Template:Sad. The same also applies to any recreations you might consider making under different names, per WP:CSD#G4. Thanks. -Splashtalk 23:33, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- No, the main focus of both debates was on the necessity of templatizing such things, and on the avoidable server load templated images necessarily cause. Basically, the feeling was that, if people simply must use smilies, they should simply type [[Image:...]] given that the time difference to the editor is minimal. (And also an observation that smilies are generally less useful than the text they accompany.) The copyright of the images I don't think was particularly discussed. Images available under the GPL (I believe PHPBB is GPL rather GFDL) are ok to upload to Wikipedia, since they are free for any purpose. -Splashtalk 00:08, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: FFX
editThanks, Ren. And, yeah, feel free to take whatever you want from my user page. I stole most of it from Seancdaug and Deckiller's pages. XD I personally don't think it looks that fancy, though, but if you like it, dissect it to your heart's content. Ryu Kaze 23:59, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: Omega Ruins
editThanks for the compliments, Ren. It's been a hell of a lot of work, though, and I'm just glad that it seems to be settling down now.
As for the Omega Ruins... hm... I don't really see much in here. I do see the original Japanese lyrics for the Hymn of the Fayth, though, which I'd been looking for. "Renmiri" is right, after all. I had seen one translation that used "Rinmiri." I'm glad you had me look.
Thanks for the invitation, by the way, but I don't think it's really my thing. I did it once about five years ago, but I don't really feel it calling me. I do appreciate it, though. Ryu Kaze 16:10, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
- P.S. Now I'm done with looking at the lyrics. This is why I wanted to find them. I wanted to put the original lyrics (kanji and all) in there. Ryu Kaze 16:25, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: Pyreflies and blitzball
editHey, Ren. Which claim was that? About the pyreflies being used in the sphere pools? If so, yes, I do. It's on page 59 of the Final Fantasy X Scenario Ultimania. It says that the pyreflies serve to congeal the water and support the blitzball players for long periods underwater (which is why they can stay active for so long even while underwater). Ryu Kaze 14:05, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- Sure thing. ^_^ Ryu Kaze 14:52, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, hey, the reference is actually already in the page under "Pyreflies and spheres." I'd forgotten. XD Ryu Kaze 14:54, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- XD! It happens. Let me know if there's anything else I can give you a hand with. Ryu Kaze 15:02, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- Nope, I'd definitely not seen that stuff. That's really cool. Now we just need to imbue all the water in the world with free-floating life energy and we can make it a reality! XD Ryu Kaze 15:19, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hmmmm. I'm not sure. I'll have to check. Did they say which Ultimania, by the way? Ryu Kaze 18:29, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
- I'll be checking the Blitzball page and looking through the Ultimanias soon. My dog needs a bath right now. XD She got in... I don't know what the hell she got in. XD Ryu Kaze 19:18, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry it took me so long. It looks pretty good. It's going to need to be tightened up a good bit, and we need to weed out any speculative talk (we know for sure how these guys manage to stay active as long as they do, for instance; it's both their training and the pyreflies), but it's certainly looking like it's moving in a positive direction. I'll try to get that info on its inspiration as soon as I can. I wish that person on the forum had said which of the three books that was stated in. Ryu Kaze 02:17, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hmmm... now this is interesting. I didn't find that info yet (I looked at the Japanese Wikipedia's Blitzball page, by the way, and it says it's a hybrid of soccer and water polo, but it doesn't provide a source), but looking at the interviews, I did see a section entitled "FFVII and FFX are connected?!" Now, keep in mind that this book came out before FFX-2, so it looks like they were hinting at that even before. Naturally, when time allows, I need to translate this part of the interview. Ryu Kaze 02:31, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- Looking through both the Ultimania Omega and the Scenario Ultimania, I don't see anything on the inspiration for it. I see an interview where they talk about the development of the mini-game and how Kitase felt that another card game wouldn't be appropriate when the overall emphasis of FFX was on the sea, and how they got the schedule/scout thing blah blah blah but nothing like what we wanted. I'm sorry. See if that forum person can get you something more specific and I'll see what I can do. Ryu Kaze 03:40, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- Yep, it was a skunk. If you've got that recipe handy, I'd appreciate it for future notice. XD Ryu Kaze 17:37, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. By the way, I rather liked your edits to the FFX page. I'm not sure what Flooch and Deck are going to do at the moment, but I think you made some nice touches on the whole. I'll see if there's anything I can help with it. Ryu Kaze 21:17, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

editRemember that section of X's Ultimania Omega I said I was going to look at? I've now translated it and it offered some very interesting findings:

Enjoy.

- Prettyyy. @.@ *touches swords... cuts fingers* Thanks for showing me. Is that from your art book? Anything else in there you think particularly awesome? There's actually a lot of art in the UO, including weapons, but since there's so much of it and the pages themselves aren't all that big (pages are about 9'' x 6''), they're like a bunch of thumbnails. Certainly not as big as those right there.
- That said, I think most of the conceptual art Nomura did is in here, even if most of the images are too small to really appreciate them when they're seen how they were meant to be. Anything you'd like to see? Ryu Kaze 01:15, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- Alright then, anything else I translate will be linked to you. If I did translate something else, it would probably be something on Lenne and Shuyin. I've been thinking about doing that for a while, but have been busy with so many other things. And you can always ask me to look up anything in particular you might be wondering about. By the way, I'm amazed at the idea of the FFX-2 DVD having even better graphics than was on the game. How the heck can they manage that?
- By the way again, are X and X-2 the only games in the series you've played? I've been meaning to ask you that. I've not really seen you discuss the others and I know you really adore X and X-2 (as do I; X's my second favorite, just behind VIII). Ryu Kaze 02:30, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- I'm obviously a little biased, but I'd recommend FFVIII next. XD I think you might really like it. And also, FFVI. I know it's a little older, but that one's really awesome. For some reason I can see fans of FFX liking that one. Not sure why.
- That's really cool with the DVD, and I'll most certainly be taking a look (I've kept the e-mail, definitely). I haven't looked very much as I got lost the first time, and have gotten distracted with lots of other things since, but that was really nice of you to give me access to all that cool stuff. I really should be taking more advantage of it. I'm going to make sure I do tonight or tomorrow.
- If I do translate anything from that reunion story, I'll let you know, but I can pretty much tell you why Tidus came back already, just based on an overall understanding of the physics of the FF worlds. Memories = spiritual energy basically. The pyreflies and such? They're all made of memories. The way FF worlds work is that the core of the Planet (called "Lifestream" in FFVII, "Gaia" in The Spirits Within and just "light" in FFIX) sends out life energy to every organism that is conceived (plants, animals and people). It's the same on every world. As Bugenhagen says in FFVII, "all living things in the universe are the same."
- Long story short, when something dies, its life energy returns to the core of the planet, and with it goes the memories that the life form accumulated during its lifetime. Once there, the life energy rejoins the swell, melds with it, and the memories it carried back become new life energy. In this way, all things contribute to the growth of the planets. How is this relevant to Tidus? Well, someone's consciousness, will and thoughts are bound up in their life energy, as it contains their memories. When Yu Yevon was defeated, no one was holding Tidus' component pyreflies together anymore (which now contained the memories of his lifetime) and they drifted apart.
- Basically, what the fayth did -- they can tap into spiritual energy and channel it like summoners -- is search out his thoughts/life energy with their will, put them back together, manifest them again, and send him back, just as alive as ever. It was their way of thanking Yuna for all she had done. So they'll let Tidus live out a natural lifespan with Yuna, and during that time, they won't be able to rest as they would have before, but it's a small thanks for all Yuna did for them. And holding one person together shouldn't be as difficult as holding an entire city together.
- Anything else I can help with? Ryu Kaze 03:29, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- You're welcome on the explanation. Glad to help.
- With the map, I think it'd be worth a try at least.
- Oh, and the Al Bhed language page... hm... well, it's interesting info for sure. I'd leave it. I was never too crazy over the idea of having an Al Bhed language page, but since we do, it should have interesting info. Good work. Ryu Kaze 12:57, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

- Give me a few minutes to check on that reference, by the way. It was already here on one of the pages when I joined and I never even though to make sure of that. I just assumed whoever added it knew. I should know better than that, eh? XD Ryu Kaze 02:54, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
- Renmiri, I've got the reference. Page 582 of the Final Fantasy X-2: International+Last Mission Ultimania. Ryu Kaze 03:16, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, thanks for the news. I've got some relatives there, so I'd have an excuse to go, but I don't know if my schedule'll be free for me to do it. :( Ah well, thanks for the news.
- By the way, I don't know if you've ever gone back to the Farplane after the group finds out that Seymour's left for Macalania, but if you do, you'll see Wantz talking to his and O'aka's dead sister. She actually does look like Yuna. At least I think so. Anyway, see you. Ryu Kaze 04:24, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, if at all possible, could you maybe get a picture of Wantz's sister for the List of characters page? Don't want to put you to any extra trouble if you don't have a save near there, though. I'd do it, but the best I've got is a webcam. Ryu Kaze 23:13, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

Hey, Ren. For some reason, all the links you gave me except the first one don't seem to be working quite right. :( The one that's supposed to link to the new place gives me a dead server link, and the other one gives me a "moved page" notice. The Anima one works, though. That's awesome that you've got it on there in Flash form. I love that cutscene. ^_^ Anyway, I'd like to see this Magus Sisters thing you guys are discussing if the darn link would work. XD Ryu Kaze 00:15, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Yo
editPortuguese, huh? I would have never guessed. You communicate in Inglês very naturally. I guess that makes you fluent in that and English, huh? Damn. Nice job.
I took Spanish for several years when I was in school, but I'm not nearly fluent in it and have forgotten most of the basic principles of communicating in the language. XD I'm much better at Japanese, which I'm not nearly fluent in. I'm always in awe of people who can communicate perfectly in several languages. Hats off to you. Ryu Kaze 20:07, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, Ren. Everything in order with the new site location? That was really shitty of the old host to just up and close on you guys like that... especially so close to the intended time to move. :(
- I've still been thinking about your offer, but I'm not sure if I want to go through with it or not. I mean, I'm sure I want to, but I also feel like if I do, I'd expect certain things of myself for having the position. And I'm not sure if I should do that sort of thing right now. I really do need to be focusing more on my work and my writing, and I definitely should make sure I devote most of my time to family-oriented things. I definitely don't want to miss a minute of my little girl's growing, and there's a lot more things we could do together than computer stuff, and I should probably try to set that example.
- Sooooooooooooo... I guess I won't do it. I'll probably also be trying to ease my way out of so much Wikipedia stuff too. Same with forums, I guess. And that means translations too, I'm sorry to say. :( But I'll still be checking in here every day, so if you ever need a quick translation question answered, feel free to ask it. It'll still be a little while before I cut back a great deal. I want to get Final Fantasy X to FA status, and I want to make sure that misinformation doesn't rule the Advent Children forums in the wake of AC's NTSC and PAL releases, but after that, I'm going to try to be cutting back.
- I'm sure you understand, but thank you again for your offer. Anyway, have a great night/day. Ryu Kaze 04:14, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, Ren. Thanks for understanding. You get it better than I thought. And also thanks for that essay. That was really something special. It really said a lot in there and let me and those others who read it into your own soul, and when that happens, you feel like you've learned a lot. I appreciate that. I totally understand why it's so special to you and how it speaks to you.
- Things like that can offer an ideal place where things go as we wish they would. Even despite tragedies. And sometimes tragedies can be reversed, like Tidus coming back. I agree with much of what you said. I personally would like to see a world without guns. I mean, really, why should something like that even exist? Its only purpose is to kill. There's no other function for which they're designed.
- One thing I read a while back that I really liked was in Cable & Deadpool. If you've never read anything X-Men related, you won't be familiar with the characters, but long story short, Cable comes from the present, but was sent to the future as an infant, where he eventually became -- in the eyes of the people -- a savior who would deliver them from the apocalyptic world they lived in and the tyranny they lived under. He failed. And he resented that, deeply. He was able to go back in time, though, to the present, and it was his mission in life to stop the future from being created before it could come to pass. And he did eventually succeed in that, but then, much to his horror, he found that the world was still full of sadness. Still full of people killing each other senselessly. He also realized this his own special powers were killing him and that he might die soon. Before that happened, he wanted to change things, so he came up with a plan.
- He delivered an announcement to the government of every nation on the world: "Get rid of all your weapons. All of them. You have 24 hours, or I'll do it for you." Naturally, this didn't sit well with anyone, and the entire world -- believing he wanted to run things his own way -- came after him. He beat all their armies too, and without killing anyone. And then he revealed to his dad -- one of the X-Men who was trying to stop him -- why he was doing what he was doing: he basically said this (paraphrased): "People can't exist without conflict. They simply won't allow it. And, therefore, the only way they can be at peace with one another is when they have a common foe. I've given them one."
- Truly one of the more brilliant ideas ever, and a very insightful understanding of the human nature. Anyway, thanks again, Ren. Perhaps -- if her mother will go for it; she still likes games but feels embarassed to admit it -- the young one and us and could do something like this. Have a good one. - I agree with all your sentiments there. Particularly where hand/eye coordination is concerned. You know, playing games like Twisted Metal 2 didn't just teach me how to blow stuff up; it also taught me how to be a good driver. XD
- But, yeah, this FAC is friggin' brutal. I'm doing what I can, though, both to satisfy the voters and to remain calm. I've got to remember that if I can actually give what they're asking, the article will become even better. Ryu Kaze 15:17, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
- I think between Flooch and I, we've probably satisfied this latest voters' complaints pretty well. The page looks even better to me. What do you think? Ryu Kaze 16:15, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
- I think we've addressed everything that was brought up against the article now. I hope it's good enough for the FAC voters and Raul. Ryu Kaze 21:00, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Hey, Ren. I was wondering if you could tell me how my userpage looks? Mirlen finished designing it and I made a bunch of tweaks to it. I just want to make sure I didn't screw up anything that was done and that it still looks good. Ryu Kaze 02:00, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- Hey, I thought you might be interested in this. I was looking through the UO and saw some coin artwork. The design on each coin matches one of the things in the pictures above except for the last one, which as Sin on it. Hope you can make use of it. Have a good one. Ryu Kaze 19:44, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanz so much for the great info!
editHi, my name is michelle. I am 14, and I just so totally dig FFX and FFX-2. Love your pages and your research, it was really great and I well appreciate it. Oh, by the way, could you please tell me if any FFX/FFX-2 Movies are out? The dvd seems to be just a re-inforced game. Thanks again so much. Yours sincerely Michelle 08.05.2006
P.S. My email address is hiding from SPAM harvesters. Weird name, isn't it?
The other guy
editYeah, Ren, that's a different guy. I recognize his signature as belonging to the Ryushikaze from GameFAQs. Different guy, but very similar name. It actually confused a couple people on GameFAQs before. He's actually a pretty cool guy from what I've seen, and usually knows his stuff pretty well. Not always, but usually. - Theoretically, yes, we're supposed to knock down every objection, or at least put a considerable dent in them. We've dealt some major dents, but the two objectors are rather slack in coming back to respond to changes. One of them took a week between his last two responses, and the other hasn't responded in five days. Furthermore, the first one's only remaining problem with the article is that he feels it's too long. I pointed out that there's a lot of content to cover, and while the FAC guidelines do say that article length is something to consider, it also says that the article should be comprehensive. As you and I both know, any comprehensive article of Final Fantasy X is going to be long if it's worth the paper/webspace it's written on.
- The other one... he won't even say anything when he comes back. He just strikes out parts of his objection that he feels no longer apply, and when I ask him to be more specific on what he'd like to see done with the things he hasn't struck out, he won't explain it. It actually kind of pisses me off, because I don't think he's being very helpful if he won't give a better indication of what he thinks the issue is. One thing I don't get is that he says "Don't specify image sizes in image tags." I don't know what the hell he's trying to say. I thought he meant "Take out all the 'XXpx' notes in the tags and just use 'thumb' instead," and I did that, but he still didn't strike that "problem" off his list. If he means don't specificy the sizes at all... well, that's obviously not going to work, or the pictures will be huge and take up the whole screen.
- I don't know how it's going really. I know we've almost got that one guy's objection torn down as far as his points go, because I don't think that length is fair grounds for an objection, especially when the thing cannot be both comprehensive and 32 kb. The other guy... I don't know... I think we've got most of his problems dealt with, but he won't actually talk to let us know, or come back and strike out anything else for that matter. So I don't know.
- I'll keep you updated. Later, Ren. Ryu Kaze 22:44, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Ren
editHey! Thanks for the congrats! We made it after all. It was a long struggle, but perseverence and teamwork payed off in the end. Thanks for being so supportive during the process! Ryu Kaze 15:20, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- Hey. What specifically did you need some help with on the page? By the way, it's looking a lot better. Ryu Kaze 16:11, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- I'll look into, Ren. ^^ We'll see what I can do. Ryu Kaze 23:36, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, Ren, I'm back. See what you think of the suggestions I've made. I hope I can help out. Ryu Kaze 00:23, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

Your Wikibook
editYes. The url is [1] (I'm the admin now, and I want to put in lots of fan articles. I think your Spira guide is a great start!) Crazyswordsman 16:07, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry I couldn't answer for a few days. I was roadtripping. But let me take care of your Wikibook now. All I ask is for you to upload your screens (which look great, by the way), and I'll handle the rest. If you wish to hang around the FF Wiki, I'm starting to add some user activites. Enjoy! Hey
editHey, Ren. I thought I'd let you know that after the first of the month, I'll probably not be around much. I'm going to be taking my vacation then, and then when I get back, I'm going to be busy getting ready for this fall. I'll have an extra class to teach, so I'll probably be making sure all my extra time is spent with the Mrs. and the young one. I'll still try to stop in from time to time, but I don't know how often it'll be. I'm going to be trying to make sure I keep my focus where it should be.
It's a good thing I didn't accept that offer from a while back after all. I did accept AC.net's offer and I figured even that was getting me in over my head, and I know now it to be true. I really shouldn't have gone there, just like I said before. XD Anyway, I'll still be around for a couple more weeks, so I'll see you more up through then. Ryu Kaze 12:24, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
Apologies for the lazy comment
editHi Renmiri, I'd like to express my regret for calling you "lazy". The word is quite a harsh one to use, and I shouldn't have used it. I'd also like to beg of you, please don't assume that I'm working in bad faith when I'm trying to make a (sometimes poor) rebuttal of your arguments, it hurts me to think you consider this action a turf war when it's not. Again, I apologise for my harsh word. Sincerely, Flooch 23:33, 14 May 2006 (UTC)
