editThis page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it simply informs the public of the existence of a business. It is not an advertisement and does not seek to convince Wikipedia readers to visit the site or to buy any of the site's products. There is no difference between this article and the article titled Ebay Please reconsider the deletion of Resell Matrix, LLC --ResellMatrix (talk) 07:46, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- WP:ADMASQ and WP:COI might be good reads. -- Sam Sailor Talk! 07:55, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
- I've removed the speedy tag, as it doesn't seem to meet the Blatant examples of advertising masquerading as articles as mentioned on WP:ADMASQ. However, the recommendation to read WP:COI still stands. I would also mention that articles generally require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the topic. This means you need third-party, reliable sources that discuss this company. Newspapers, magazines, local TV stations, and the like, discussing the topic - and not advertising on those sources, either. As mentioned above, eBay has sources from places such as The Washington Post and The New York Times. A few primary sources are fine (That's when you use a companies website as a reference) but you must demonstrate that the company is generally notable. A good read at Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies) might help you to understand. Avicennasis @ 09:04, 6 Tishrei 5776 / 09:04, 19 September 2015 (UTC)
