Psilocybin therapy page
editHi there! Welcome to Wikipedia!
Regarding your edits on the Psilocybin therapy page, I unfortunately had to revert them but I wanted to give a couple tips if you want to add material again.
- You need cite reliable sources for all your claims. You mentioned you were citing a JAMA Psychiatry article but we need more details to know which specific article you're referring to (authors, year, etc.). There's a tutorial on formatting for citations here: Help:Introduction to referencing with Wiki Markup/1.
- This page is about psilocybin therapy specifically, not all forms of psychedelic therapy. So the information you add should be specific to psilocybin. That was the case for the part you added on depression, so good job on that part (just need a full source and it can be re-added. If you go on Google Scholar and write "psilocybin therapy," "psilocybin depression," etc., you will find more information specific to psilocybin.
Anyway, thanks for helping out! I know it can be a steep learning curve at first. Best, Gazelle55 (talk) 15:18, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
- By the way, if you have questions feel free to write a comment back here and I can help you out. Love to see the psychedelics pages being improved :) Gazelle55 (talk) 15:19, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
Article selection
editHi. I noticed that you assigned yourself the Ode to Psyche article to improve as part of your assignment. I wanted to let you know that this article is a Good Article, which means that it is among Wikipedia's best work. While there might be room to make a few small improvements to Good Articles, they are going to be more complete, overall, and harder to work on as your first major contribution to Wikipedia. For that reason, I recommend that you pick a different article to work on - one that has scope for improvement. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:40, 14 April 2021 (UTC)
