You ain't having much luck with your contribution. The trouble with JUDGE BASED ON EVIDENCE ALONE was:

• The title was in all capitals. ALL CAPITALS IS SHOUTING and we do not shout.
• The title was very poor - gave no hint whatsoever of the content.
• The content was apparently a very badly formatted transcript of part of a trial. If it was out of copyright, you may find it is accepted at Wikisource but it is totally unsuitable for Wikipedia.
• If you wish to right a short article about this trial, explaining its context and significance, then you may find the article is accpted here.
