Hello, Riane97, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Article deletion

edit

Hi! I received a notification that an article you made, Property taxes in Pennsylvania, was proposed for deletion with the argument "WP is not a case study, and this also appears to be OR". The best way to combat this would be to edit the article to give it more sourcing and to make sure that there is no original research - that would be any claims, opinions, or conclusions created by yourself that isn't explicitly stated in existing sourcing. (IE, calling something a cat when the sourcing never makes this claim) You may want to see if it can be merged into an existing article on Wikipedia as well, if the topic is too narrow to find more sourcing.
