Would they know what was meant by that? It might be better to "template" them. See Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace. Avoid using "vandalism" unless it is blatant. Misunderstandings or wp:content disputes are not wp:vandalism. Admins and most others don't like misuse of that term. wp:twinkle often uses "good faith" to describe problematic edits.
