Hello my name is Richard Wilson. I am a communication major at U Mass Amherst. I hope to become a sports radio host, and my main interests are sports of all kinds.

I think you've got a great start to some interesting projects. Figure out which one you're most interested and check out [1] to do some preliminary searches for academic articles. I know there are a lot of articles already about fantasy football and baseball. Debaser42 (talk) 16:10, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Is there a reason you put a link to your own user page on your user page? You should link it in the Moodle assignment so I can give you credit for your work Debaser42 (talk) 16:47, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello

Hello Richard Wilson. Thanks for your introduction on my talk page. I noticed where you expressed interest in Little League World Series on television. Based on your stated ambition, and the appearance that it would suit your class objectives (depends entirely on Debaser42). If you become intent on this particular article, let me know so I can tag it as a work in progress. I recently edited that article, after seeing your interest, to present an example of better referencing than it displayed at the time. It looks like there is a lot that you could do to bring that article to a much better standard. My76Strat (talk) 05:50, 16 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello Richardw8704. I reviewed your edits to Little League World Series on television and did find your efforts to be an improvement to the encyclopedia. Your information was factually neutral and you provided a reference to support the facts you appended. There were areas that could have improved with a simple copy edit of your inclusion to ensure you were satisfied with your effort overall. Primarily there were some errors in punctuation, spacing, and spelling which normally is hoped an editor will notice and correct on their own. You can review my edit where I corrected some of these things for you. Always review your own edits and look for these kinds of errors, so you can correct them opposed to publishing them in an unglamorous fashion. And if you do have any problems, I am available, and willing to assist your efforts. Overall you did a good job bringing in additional information, sourced to a reliable source, and we do appreciate this. My76Strat (talk) 04:58, 28 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
