• I don't think the part about admin standard permissions is really going to be helpful?
• Admins can create local accounts for existing SUL accounts. Technically it doesn't need a checkuser, and perhaps some of the related warnings and referrals to VRT can be reduced a bit. -- zzuuzz ^(talk) 08:17, 10 September 2024 (UTC)
