You’ve done a great job improving the article / rewriting it to fix the problems introduced by AI. I’m still getting an error message on the 4th citation, but that seems not to be a hallucination, but just a standard link problem of some sort. Still best to fix it though. The time of the article is still a little overly promotional, but that can be fixed through editing later (though it would probably help your next AfC assessment if you did it now). The reason I’m declining the article at this stage though is… it’s close, it’s SUPER close, but I can only find two sources giving notability, and ideally I would prefer three, ESPECIALLY given the promotional tone. Sources for notability purposes need to be reliable, independent, secondary sources, which talk at length about the topic of the article. Unfortunately the sources you have so far aren’t quite there. The daily tribune and Phillipines Star articles are 👍, but the other sources don’t focus enough directly on Bernardo himself. Good news is that if you find just one more solid source, this should be an easy accept next time (especially if you clean up the promotional tone at the same time). I am less positive about this draft compared to the previous reviewer since the main sources here are interviews, and thus not fully independent. However there is editorial around the interviews, more so in one case than the other. Nevertheless is there clear evidence of notability discounting the interview sections? It is open to question. The key issue is the WP:GOLDENRULE - all components need to be met. Can the submitting editor kindly do another trawl, you need a fully independent piece of analysis or profile here to shore up this draft since in this form I can't see it passing NPP/AFD. Thanks to the editor for their patience during the long delay for a re-review, by all means ping me after any updates so that you get a faster response.
