Just so anyone reading this knows; I'm shelving this idea. I've been thinking more about the problem, and I doubt it would be possible to mobilize people in this way. We have to do something, though, so I'm going to keep thinking. --Robth^Talk 11:47, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
