- You are still blocked and you should wait for an admin to respond to your unblock request. Please don't open more than one unblock request at a time: your request is already in a queue, and adding more requests won't get an admin to respond faster. To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.
Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.

Can you please guide me to change my User name it has been blocked due to inconsistency with the rules which was unintentiiona, the aim was to include some topic that included some links which were considered promotional. I make sure this is regretful and will not be repeated. After raising the request, new User name was changed to Rock and Soul which was considered dropping from the other name (Rock and Soul Equipment and Records), will consider another user name which satisfies the guidelines. - Please place new posts at the bottom, so they stay in order of posting. This may be easier to do if you click "edit" and not "reply".
- You already once made a request, just do so again with a different choice of username. Your username needs to represent you as an indivdual, not your company. Your real name is not required. - Just as a heads-up, you may wish to reconsider using your real name as a username - assuming that is your real name. Anything you ever edit on Wikipedia is visible to anyone who looks at your Contributions log, and that might not be something you want to have happen. It's now very common for recruiters to Google candidates' names during the hiring process, among other potential concerns. 'Sharone of Rock and Soul' might be better for your privacy. This is only a suggestion, but I've seen many editors who used their real names get very upset when years later they learn it's impossible to erase their name from everything they have done on Wikipedia. Appeal Key expired for my request to unblock my IP address and new user name Rock and Soul Equipment and Records (talk) 14:50, 15 August 2024 (UTC) Thank you, I am not sure as this is an account I volunteer for,I have requested them to check and try for their user name, but I need my Ip address to get unblocked to create my own User name (Vidya) wiki account to write, how will I know my IP address is unblocked and the other user name is changed. - You will know when your account is renamed because this page will be under your chosen new name. You should not attempt to create a new account until this block is removed. Again, forget about your IP address, you have an account. I was going to rename it to the name listed under the open request above, but you seem to be suggesting you want a different new username here.
