What you "know" is false. In the UK, helmet wearing is not compulsory at any age, and wearing rates are well under 25% (depending on age grouping, if I recall correctly the rate for boys is around 15% and dropping) - Just zis  Guy, you know? ^[T]/_[C] AfD? 12:07, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
