I removed the link to the objectionable (white supremacist) Rense site, which I assume is WordPress policy. But I have restored the quoted material from there by Heironimus-proponent Greg Long. I wanted, and still want, to give Long a fair shake by quoting him fully about Patterson's skill set.
The link to Rense I provided originally was meant to avoid drawing a "citation needed" chiding, and because I was unaware of any WordPress policy against such citations.
A reader could get to the same location by googling for the title of Long's article. But there is nothing objectionable on Long's Q & A page. It's only his answers to questions. There's no sidebar or anything else to offend a reader. Only if he clicked on the "Rense" heading line above the Q & A, or a similar link to the home page after the Q & A, might he be shocked.
PS: Only a minority of t material on the Rense site is white nationalist. IIRC, about half is devoted to non-political topics, such as unorthodox health remedies and paranormal topics. That's how the Bigfoot-related material got in. Rense interviewed Long & Heironimus for 4 hours in advance of the publication of Long's book, then a week later he interviewed critics of those two, and then he re-interviewed them and Philip Morris a couple of weeks later.
