It's best to keep the picture of the R46 in Herald Square, so that it can be compared by an R160 in the same location. The D (New York City Subway service), by comparison, only has one type of rolling stock (the R68A), so it is shown with one of the few pictures on Commons that depict an R68A — which is a picture of it approaching Ninth Avenue. The current setup, with the picture of R46 at Smith–Ninth Streets and the picture of an R160 at Herald Square, looks awkward and isn't aesthetically pleasing. - No you are wrong because the car shown in the picture on the D Trainn is in fact the R68 and not the R68A. I don't think there is anything at all wrong with this because of the fact that the first elevated station that the D Train goes to is the Ninth Avenue Station. Similarly the same should be said about the fact that the first elevated station the F Train goes to is Smith Ninth Streets. There is nothing wrong with the edit that I had just created. So lets leave it like that. RohilKoovappara (talk) 2:40, 9 May 2014 (UTC)
- Nope, you're wrong. I have reverted that image of the R46 F approaching Smith-9th Streets. The image is too far away. Only put a picture of a car's front face please. I mean what is so wrong about that current R46 F image that pretty much everybody (you included) keep on reverting it? This has been happening for a few years now ever since the R160s started running on the F. If you're so picky, then just take a close-up shot of an R46 F approaching Smith-9th Streets. It has to be as good looking as the current R46 F image at Herald Square. If not, then leave the article alone. JoesphBarbaro (talk) 19:58, 10 May 2014 (UTC)
- Or, a picture can be taken of a R160 F train approaching Smith-9th Streets from the same place and angle. The current image setup, with two trains at Herald Square, exists for comparison. Epicgenius (talk) 13:54, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
