Undoing agreed-upon edits in Timeline of Quantum Computation

edit

If you have a problem with reducing the ridiculousness of the Timeline of quantum computing article, please join the discussion of the long-proposed overhaul on the talk page, instead of undoing the edits. I even posted about it on a Facebook group of quantum information scientists to get more independent opinions, and the only reply I got was fine with the suggested criteria for keeping items. I have no problem with you suggesting changes to these criteria, but the page is primarily just a list of arbitrary links, which is inappropriate. Please see: Wikipedia:Embedded_lists.
