I would like to express my sincere apology if I have unknowingly violated any of Wikipedia's policies, rules, and regulations, it certainly was neither my intention nor my style to disregard or overlook such requirements.
If my understanding is correct, my account was blocked by Wikipedia Administrator for a Copyright Infringement reason, which I totally understand the important of protecting and respecting intellectual property rights, and undoubtedly, I will follow the law and Wikipedia Policies. However, I cannot see the opposability, that the page that was created by me for Wikipedia with my personal biography possibly will be subject to copyright by anyone. It was simply not the case.
I am an active user of Wikipedia, I hold the highest regard to values and the purpose of the Wikipedia, if my account is unblocked, I intend to actively contribute to Wikipedia with my extensive knowledge and expertise in various aspects of sustainable development, economics, and finance at the highest level globally and hopefully becoming a volunteer editor in the light of policy and guideline — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ron.nechemia (talk • contribs) 23:55, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
Thank you for responding to our request to have autoblock lifted. First please accept the fact that we respect the integrity and desire to protect Wikipedia from disruption. We join in that goal and believe the decision to block was based on a faulty underlying premise. These are NOT "all the same." Based on our policy of transparency and disclosure and Wikipedia’s policy regarding Wikipedia is not about winning we provide this additional information. Decline reason: “How many accounts do you think that you need?...they are all the same as Ron.Nechemia and Globalbankwangjing.” Response: Three accounts. Each account is for a separate and distinct entity.

2. Wang Jing receives no compensation from nor holds any employment position or position of governance with GB-DRRRF, the Global Bank Group or Global Bank.
As you can see from the above each of the requested accounts is needed, and they are far from "they're all the same as Ron.Nechemia and Globalbankwangjing." Based on this information, please re-evaluate your decision to block the above accounts. If you elect not to unblock the accounts, then the request is made to follow the suggested protocol delineated in Wikipedia: Dispute resolution by providing the answer to the question of “What is to be done next?" The purpose of this request is to provide the millions of people impacted by the work of these entities with the transparency and accountability that comes with information and will help move this dispute to resolution. Mr. Harbin, Ron.nechemia, et al, I assume that this is in reference to my edit here. This appears to be the same text that is contained in the email you sent to me so I will address it here.
- By "all the same", I mean that the accounts look the same when viewed using the CheckUser tool. In effect, the accounts appear to be operated by the same person in violation of Policy.
- Wikipedia accounts are intended to be used by one person, and they must not represent use by an organization.
