editThanks for uploading File:Stealin' Home.jpeg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

A page you started (Go For Broke (album)) has been reviewed!
editThanks for creating Go For Broke (album), Ronaldo1948!
Wikipedia editor Boleyn just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
Thanks for creating this. Many albums don't meet WP:NALBUM or WP:GNG, and this appears to be one of them. It is a useful redirect however, and more information on the album can be added to the artist's page.

Your draft article, Draft:Discreet Repeat (album)
editHello, Ronaldo1948. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Discreet Repeat".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Lapablo (talk) 23:20, 4 July 2019 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Promotional photo for the Deluxe edition of the book Thro' My Eyes.jpg
editThank you for uploading File:Promotional photo for the Deluxe edition of the book Thro' My Eyes.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 20:10, 17 October 2019 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Deluxe-Edition-Visual.jpg
editA tag has been placed on File:Deluxe-Edition-Visual.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 01:09, 18 October 2019 (UTC)

editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Andy Roberts (musician), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Gorman (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editPlease don't add citations linking to other Wikipedia articles - they are not allowed per WP:NOTSOURCE. Thanks. Ghmyrtle (talk) 10:50, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
- My apologies, I was not aware of that, I will remove the ones I added and replace them with others. Ronaldo1948 (talk) 15:10, 11 November 2022 (UTC)
Thanks for adding more citations, but perhaps you could benefit from learning how to do them more correctly. For example, when you added <ref>Spiral Earth, 1 August 2022, https://spiralearth.co.uk/farewell-sandy/</ref>, what you should have done is done it more like this: - <ref>[https://spiralearth.co.uk/farewell-sandy/ ''Spiral Earth'', 1 August 2022]</ref>, with the [ ] brackets. Without the <nowiki> markers (that I'm just using here to show you how to do it) it would format as this: [1] There's a helpful introduction at WP:REFBEGIN. Ghmyrtle (talk) 15:07, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you for your advice. I will continue to go through the rest of this entry over the next few days to ensure that everything possible that I added to your original is covered. When I have finished I will advise, hopefully you can then remove the citations required notice.
- I will deal with the other ‘criticisms’ in due course once the references are completed. But as you may have seen, I have already removed one quote box (about B&C Records) and transferred the information to the body text. Ronaldo1948 (talk) 17:40, 12 November 2022 (UTC)
