Valero Aaron

edit

Hi, I have a question about an article you started. Is Aaron his given name? From what I can tell it is, but I want to be sure. In the English Wikipedia, articles are titled first name first. I'm happy to move the article (or tell you how), but I'm trying to make sure it's correct first. You can respond here, at Talk:Valero Aaron, at my talk page, or boldly move it yourself if you want. Thanks for the message. It does seem rather complicated... I believe you actually have to go to the Spanish Wikipedia to file a request. Here's what I'd do--Category:Translators es-en lists the users on the English Wikipedia who are willing to translate Spanish articles into English. I would ask one of them if they can help you. categories

edit

The way it works is that the articles say what categories they belong to. So, to add an article to a category, you need to edit the article, not the category. Hope that helps. -- ProveIt (talk) 20:30, 3 November 2006 (UTC)To User Provelt:Reply

Thanks for your help> One does wonder why the Birmingham Alumni list is so short. Is it due to the fact that users do not know the way it works?Ronval 16:24, 5 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Translation

edit

Hey Ronval! I'm afraid I can't help you with an English-to-Spanish translation, as I'm not fluent enough in Spanish. There is such an effort, here, so you could add your request to that list, although they don't seem to have quite the system in place we do. I'd recommend looking at who's done recent English-to-Spanish translations over there and asking them. Good luck! Trevor 00:12, 10 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Me too... English to Spanish is much more difficult for me than Spanish to English is. I'm also a little perturbed at the Spanish wiki's draconian speedy deletion process that doesn't allow you to write a new article that isn't perfect, but that's a different rant. HEBREW WIKI:- ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I would very much like to enter this article into the Hebrew Wiki.It needs, of course to be translated, first, into the Hebrew language. Were can I post this request?Ronval (talk) 16:27, 10 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
