Request reason:

I have been blocked from editing articles on Wikipedia since I'm using a private network. I wish my account to be unblocked because I don't intend to cause harm to any page or article, just want the facts to be right. Rosrime (talk) 02:32, 10 December 2016 (UTC)

This account is not blocked. Your IP address may be blocked, which in turn may affect the account, but if it indeed is a virtual private network, it is unlikely to be unblocked. See WP:OPENPROXY.
